I had a service appointment at Porsche on August 5th, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted and assisted right away. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I shared my concerns about my vehicle, and they made sure everything was addressed thoroughly.

The loaner vehicle provided was excellent, and Jeff Young kept me updated throughout the entire process. He was truly outstanding—going above and beyond to ensure I was informed and comfortable. I had forgotten my garage door opener in the loaner, and to my surprise, it was delivered to my house the same day! Even the driver who dropped it off was fantastic.

This was, hands down, the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. The entire team exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much for the exceptional service!

When I bought my Porsche I was briefly told about the valet service. I did not pay too much attention until recently. The closest Porsche dealer is 1.5 hours away from my residence. I needed an full interim check on my car which takes about 3 hours to complete. So basically a full day would have been spent at the dealership.
When I booked for my service, Porsche reminded me about the valet service and decided to go ahead with it. First it was free! Then I got a text when they were on their way to my house. The process of taking my car and getting a loaner was so easy. My Valet name was Tom. He was so professional and so nice. Once the service was done, my car was return to my residence and the loaner was given back to Tom. What a great service!!! My car came back so clean too! Much cleaner than it was🤣. Thumbs up to the team for a great service. I will always be a Porsche customer. Thank you

Had a very good experience with Porsche centre Oakville! I found a car on their website that was everything I was looking for, only problem is I am located in Florida. Anthony Occhipinti said he could help facilitate the import process and make it EASY. He connected me to a registered importer that made the process extremely simple. So simple that I would do it again and again for the right opportunity.

The car arrived at my door exactly as described if not even better! There were a few nice gifts waiting for me as well, always a nice touch.
