I had an amazing experience recently with Powersports t.o!
I traded in a Honda Rebel 300, for a brand new Rebel 500. My 300, had a number of accessories and upgrades. To my delight, Powersports t.o happily transferred
all of my upgrades from the RMX300, to my new RMX500.
Salesman Michael, and the mechanics were very professional, courteous and particularly accommodating of my requests.
The bike was delivered in
meticulous condition, sporting all of my previous upgrades. What an amazing experience I have had with Powersports t.o! I'll be back as needed, and highly recommend the staff and service at Powersports t.o.

I decided to go to Powersport TO instead of two other Yamaha dealers that were closer to me. Michael answered all my questions and we were able to make the numbers work. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I've owned many new bikes and I think he is only person that followed up with me and asked me how I liked it so far. Great customer service . EDITED and UPDATED REVIEW: Had a great experience with the team today. The work on my TRIUMPH was done with care and attention to detail — everything feels solid and professionally handled. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they even gave helpful recommendations in real time. The staff were welcoming and respectful, creating a comfortable atmosphere from start to finish. This is the kind of service that builds trust — well done.

Horrible experience twice at Power Sports To. The first time was earlier this year when I was in the market for a white Yamaha R7. Staff advised me I would never find a white R7 anywhere. The second time was on July 30th, 2025 came to conduct service on my white R7 to quickly install tank grips. They agreed to take me then said sorry we're fully booked for next Tuesday. The same day I went to another bike shop and got it done for half price. Overall prices are too expensive, service is overbooked, staff are cocky and disrespectful and a royal middle finger to those who said I couldn’t get the bike I wanted.

I can’t thank Aftab and Michael enough for their consultative approach for helping me purchase the Triumph Speed 400. Writing this review after 3 Months, as I wanted to make sure that I do this right.
Being a new rider (in Canada) wanted to get a decent displacement bike - I liked the Triumph Speed 400 but no one in and around GTA had it. I had to sit on it before I made my mind. Every dealership I went to was just interested in selling me something they had or wanted a deposit from me before they even showed me anything.
Aftab was patient consultative and in my first infraction itself told me when he has the bike I could come and sit on it and decide. He called me I came in, sat on the bike and booked one on the spot. It was a bit of a wait but worth it.
On the delivery day, Michael helped out Aftab in delivering me the motorcycle and he was so good and smooth in the handover of the bike. I just completed 1000km first service on the bike and the service booking time was minimal, the charges were nominal and overall it was an amazing experience for me so far of getting my first bike in Canada. I would 200% recommend them if you are looking to buy a bike or even hoping to get into the motorcycle scene in GTA
