Amazing customer service paired with wonderful products being offered in their spacious showroom. It was very easy to find everything we were looking for in one go-around with Rush’s help. Also, would like to mention how great Vishal’s appliance repair and maintenance service was, as he was very quick, and helpful with everything needed to fix our microwave, and laundry dryer as soon as possible. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend and will be coming back!

I was looking for a new dishwasher and had read some very good reviews about Premium Appliances. Since I pretty much knew what I wanted I didn’t need long to make my choice. Vishal was friendly and helpful in the store and answered any questions I had.
The dishwasher was delivered and installed the following day (which was awesome!) by Preet, who did an excellent job. He phoned me to make sure the time was convenient for me before coming over. He didn’t rush the work, and made sure it was done right. I appreciate this and would absolutely recommend Premium Appliances to anyone.

Amazing service by Vishal from Premium Appliances!
My over-the-range microwave stopped venting, so I contacted Vishal. Within just a few minutes, he was able to diagnose the issue and provide a price for a new microwave and installation—at an incredible rate. He arranged for the old unit to be dismantled and the new one installed the very next day at my apartment.

The installer was extremely professional, handling both the removal and installation quickly and efficiently, even taking away the old unit. I can’t recommend this company enough, and I’ll always go through Vishal for any future appliance needs.

I love this company, the owner Vishal, goes above and beyond. The prices are comparable to the big box retailers, but the service goes way beyond that if you’re looking for appliances, I can’t recommend these guys enough especially Vishal. When you think of excellent customer service, these guys are the definition. Their delivery team is similar, Werne goes above and beyond, and is friendly and exceptional in the execution of the delivery.

I would definitely recommend Premium Appliances to anyone looking for a fair price with exceptional service. We were looking for a replacement for our microwave. They were willing to source replacement options if they couldn't find the exact model. . . . but that wasn't necessary as they came through for us.
