Put together 4 briskets, at a very competitive price, nicely packaged and frozen in a box ready for the plane trip to Fort Chip. The caterer in Fort Chip loved the quality and the price!!!

They sell old meat. Be careful what you purchase in there. You can’t be too careful these days.

I am so fortunate to have a good butcher nearby! I've ordered pork shoulder and brisket from them and have always got top quality cuts. Out of the 6 times I've pre-ordered items, only once they (admittedly) forgot, BUT was able to get me what I needed. I will agree with some of the other reviewers that their younger staff should engage better with customers - a little more enthusiasm and politeness go a long way. However, their more seasoned staff are a joy to speak to and they are all knowledgeable. I definitely recommend!

I would not write this review on a once off disappointment, so here I go. On a previous occasion, I have gone back to this specific premium meats saying that the rib eye was tough. She was nice enough to give me a 10% discount on my next visit. My following visit, i did not bother to do the 10% discount, i just trusted that it was a bad cut before. Once again it was tough. I decided not to go back to this meat shop but use the premium meats in Thickwood which has been great. Last night i was in a rush and thought i'll grab steaks from premium meats in Timberlea as it is the closest. I bought $64 worth of rib eye steaks and the are horrible, they are sooo tough i could barely eat it. Very disappointed and will never go here again.

Go somewhere else. Paid 40 bucks for 2 medium sized New Yorks, and they're not good enough for stewing meat.........

Check the rest of my reviews, I hate leaving bad ones, but I cant remember the last time I had a steak this bad.

In many ways what you would expect from a small butcher, in terms of selection.
But their knowledge base is quite lacking, literally had to spend 15 minutes trying to explain a particular cut to them and eventually they had to Google it.
Also not great customer service. I've trying ordering from them several times only to never hear back.

Bought a stack of "fresh" burger patties less than 2 days ago and they've gone bad already. Tossed 4 of the 6 I bought for $16.

Don't think I need to say any more than that.
