I recently placed an order by distance. Chanel walked around the store as I read off a list of possible gifts for my secret Santa who lives in this community. Chanel patiently described the items I was inquiring about and chose a few options. I asked if they had chocolate and although there is some arriving they didn’t currently have any “But” she said “I can run to Shoppers for you”. Excellent Service, wonderful variety AND she paid attention to details like my friends favorite colors, scents and treats. All in my price range. Thank you Chanel for taking this little task so professionally and purposefully. We shared our gifts and she shared a picture with the group. STUNNING and perfect!! Thank you

I popped in yesterday to buy some Mother’s Day flowers and although I was late and the store was technically closed, the staff was still on site, noticed me standing there forlornly and were kind enough to open their doors for me and help me find a beautiful arrangement!
