I have been going here for years with my chihuahua, Roy. The results are incomparable to those of other groomers in Toronto. Roy is very sensitive and unfriendly to strangers, but staff and the owner are always so kind that he trusts them. My other dog, Ellie a border collie, had grooming for the first time today. The results came out amazing, and her fur is so soft. When I picked her up, the owner was playing with Ellie. The owner has always been thoughtful and very kind. Even though it might have been difficult for her first grooming, she is now so relaxed and calm after the grooming. I would highly recommend it. Thank you again!!!

I love bringing my dog here! Been doing so for the past two years. The owner is very thoughtful in taking your considerations before the appointment and following up on everything that happened during the groom afterwards. I can trust that she will manage well and that her groomers will take good care of my dog.

We LOVE Puppy Chappy!!! Came here for the first time today! My Yorkie puppy has only been to the groomers once at another company and she came back traumatized and shaking non-stop, so I tried to find another groomer near by and I'm so glad I found this place!!!

They did such an amazing job, my puppy looks amazing and SO CUTE with her new bow! They did exactly what I wanted and were SO friendly! When I picked her up, I couldn't believe my eyes, she was so excited and looked like she had so much fun! It makes me feel like they took really good care of her. I'm so happy to find a groomer that my pup feels comfortable and happy with! Will definitely be back!!

Went to this grooming shop for the first time, and I can say that we have had the most amazing experience! When we came in for Henry's appointment, we met with the owner and the groomer, Anastasia. We explained that due to many previous traumatic grooming experiences, Henry is very fussy and untrusting when it comes to being touched, especially his paws and ears. They did an initial assessment and they discovered that he had some irritated skin and tangles around his armpits. They said that the best course of action would be to cut his hair short enough to prevent tangling and pulling on the skin. We agreed to do whatever they recommended.

When we came to pick up Henry, he actually turned around and tried to go back to Anastasia! This was the first time he has ever showed such love for one of his groomers, and this was the first time that we have picked up Henry from a grooming appointment where he wasn't desperate to escape. She did such a fantastic job. She was able to trim the hair on the bottom of his paws perfectly which was quite a surprise, seeing as he never lets anyone touch his paws. She trimmed his nails perfectly as well. The groom on Henry's body is neat and even, and the shaping of his beard is so cute!

We are so pleased with our experience, and this is now going to be our official grooming spot! The care and attention to detail was amazing, especially at their cost being on the lower end from our experience. We can't wait to be back!

I wish there was a no star that I could give this business.
I do not know how to express my frustration over this grooming place. We left our dog for the haircut. We noticed while our dog walking every other steps she takes she stops walking and licks her back! She hardly could walk normal!! We took her to the vet and she noticed her back under her tail kinda injured and wounded!! The groomer injured her back while tried to shave her anus area!!!!
We ended up with 200 dollars vet bills! I do not need you guys pay the bill but I just want to warn other people regarding careless grooming at your place! Esp. you are not cheap and we pay good money for grooming. Never come back

1 ⭐️ is 1 ⭐️ too many. SO SO DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED. I took my dog in to get her nails and pads cleaned and trimmed prior to having surgery due to her cancer diagnosis. They told me to pick her up in 40 minutes. Upon my return I hear a dog howling and crying intensely like someone is terribly hurting them. To my total surprise it was my dog. I have never in her 15 years heard her cry like this. It was heartbreaking. It saddened me so much because I have taken her to this place often and trusted them. The groomer left her on the table and she decided to vacuum while my dog was going crazy. There was another groomer in the room, not grooming any dog, and totally ignoring my dogs desperate crying. The owner was in the back room I assume not caring about my dogs wellbeing or she would have come out to rescue her. When she did come out (only due to me raising my voice in anger) she tried to convince me that the older dogs act this way to solely cover up the unfathomable treatment of my dog. I am totally appalled and would categorize this under abuse. I had suspicions from her last visit as she has become very frightened when I go near her paws. I even asked them today if something out of the ordinary happened the last time she was in. They stated no but now I have to wonder. How dare the owner make a statement that she’s never seen me this angry and she’s very surprised. No, on the other hand, it is I who am surprised at her giving me a false representation of herself all these years. That’s a bit narcissistic of her to turn the conversation around to avoid the truth of the matter. Of course I’m upset. They weren’t expecting me to show up when I did but I’m glad I did. I’m writing this to warn others to beware. It’s an hour since I’ve arrived home and my dog hasn’t stopped whimpering. I haven’t looked at her paws yet if there is any bleeding because she won’t let me near them. Do not trust this place. They value money over the wellbeing of the animals.

Puppy Chappy is the only place I take my furbaby to. From when he was a puppy… . I love how they take care of him and spoil him, and how they are very careful of every needs of any dog. Every dog has his/her own file with explanations. I trust them with my heart thats why I take my furbaby there.
They always try to accommodate whenever I needed to take my furbaby for grooming. Highly recommended !! Groomers are very professional and take care of each dogs individually, give them all the attention needed.. dogs have different skin issues and problems… and they are take care of that. If you want to have someone take care of your furbaby when you are not around and groomed them professionally, try out puppy chappy 🙂
