the staff here are beyond friendly, welcoming and are the sweetest. i’ve been to Walmart’s pharmacy, Rexall’s and others and you usually end up waiting 3 days to get your refill and there’s ALWAYS an issue with something- here is totally different. it’s personalized, they genuinely care and go out of their way each time. my prescriptions usually end up getting filled within 2hrs of request, definitely the best pharmacy on the island hands down. thank you guys (:

What a fantastic pharmacy and pharmacist. I went in for a quick confirmation of what I suspected was shingles 15 minutes before closing on a Wednesday night. Dr. Jennifer was incredibly sensitive and kind and sent me home with the meds just all within 10 minutes
. Super efficient and comforting. I highly recommend this shop! ♥️

Beware Sloppy Pharmacy
After eye surgery on Saturday, my prescription for 2 bottles of drops was sent to the store, confirmed received and in stock. This pharmacy had given me the prescription for medicine ‘A’ with medicine ‘B’ instructions printed on it and vice versa, leading to under-dosing on one drop and over-dosing on the other.

This pharmacy also verbally recommended that I allow 15 minutes between other drops (binding process with different drops being administered in 1 hour intervals). Upon discussion from a third party and per their printed Patient Counselling Messages, 5 minutes is sufficient wait time and would have made my treatment much easier post-op.

On Saturday once noticing the errors, I called the pharmacy to explain the bottles being mislabelled and received no follow-up recommendations or instructions, just an apology followed by goodbyes then the call ended.

After following up with them today, the pharmacist noted they'll be looking at their procedures and information they provide to patients but please beware of Pure Integrative Pharmacy, Colwood Royal Bay. Although they may be nice and friendly, I currently trust the Pizza Pizza next door more than them to get my order correct.

Exactly what Royal Bay (and the Westshore) needed! The customer service at Pure Pharmacy is incredible. Everyone is so helpful, kind and genuinely passionate about health. I have been in many times since they opened and they are now my go to for health essentials. If you're looking for naturopath recommended, medical grade, high quality vitamins and supplements, look no further! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

Incredible customer service, your very kind pharmacist helped me out in a jam after my doctor faxed a prescription to the wrong pharmacy, and that pharmacy said for it to be transferred anywhere else that the preferred pharmacy would have to call them to verify the transfer. Your pharmacist did so, with less than 20 minutes to close and for someone who was not even an existing customer. This was so helpful and kind and appreciated, I will definitely be using this pharmacy going forward. Much thanks!!!

Best thing to happen to Royal Bay is this pharmacy! All the Pharmacists at this location are fantastic and the customer service is outstanding. It’s so nice to now have a friendly pharmacy in my neighborhood where you’re treated with respect.
