Not happy with Q Nails at all.

I called 3 weeks ago for an appointment for 530 pm. They close at 7 pm. I know I booked for a late time but it was the only time my friend and I could go after work.

They did not allow my friend and I to sit together despite being the only ones in the salon. When one of the ladies was working on my nails she kept checking the clock. She gave me a little bit of attitude at the beginning when I was trying to look at a colour I wanted on my nails, saying I was going to knock the tips off the table but she only let me look with 1 hand while she was quickly gluing tips on the other.

When I was done she put lotion on my hands, wiped it off with a hot towel and said "you're done!" And after I payed I bent down to put my shoes on and the salon workers lined up behind me leaving, like they were rushing me out. It was only 630 pm.

I went back this week to take my acrylics off and just get shellac and I should have called to see how they remove acrylic because she cut them down short, drilled most of the acrylic down and then took a tip that normally gets glued to the end of your nails and put it between my nail and the acrylic and was tearing the nails off, it was painful. Same thing happened to my friend a few weeks ago when I got my acrylic and she was getting hers off, if she was able to sit with me then I would have seen how the remove them... on the acrylic pieces that came off my nails I could see bits of my nail still on the acrylic and my nails looked scraped.

My friend went back today after 3 weeks to get more shellac put on her nails and when the lady put the first colour on my friend said she wasn't sure about the colour and the lady gave her attitude saying "I already put it on and now I have to sand it down again."

Overall It's been a wild ride. I won't be going back unfortunately.

Worst place to get your nails done. Save your money and go somewhere else! Rolled her eyes at me because i didn’t choose a nail colour immediately. Wouldn’t talk and even after the service tipped a $20,
no thank you or nothing. Just save your money. There’s plenty of nail salons that treat their customers with respect. In and without a hi told me to wash my hands and then the owner came up and made sure i could afford the service.

Excellent service. All tools came out of sterile packaging or were cleaned between use. Even seats were cleaned between customers. Price was also reasonable. Got mani and pedi with a friend. Good experience and I will be going back.

I rate a five because there isnt an option for a 4.5. I always see room for improvement. From what I witnessed the sanitation was great id say 9.5/10. They were very kind. They were also very gentle which is a plus in my books. Ive gotten both a mani and a pedi and both turned out well. I enjoyed watching the baking they had displayed on the tv and the music was modern. They have examples of nail designs you can get and a lot of color options. They did not talk excessively which helped me to relax. They made sure it was clear what I was wanting and checked in with me to make sure they werent being to rough (I asked for gentle) p.s this color in the pic is #186 and I'm obssesed with it. I suppose the points lost are very minor with simple decor updates prefered and organization to make the environment more zen. But still not a big complaint there. Def one of the better nail salons in town. It was also some times difficult to understand that staff for they can talk fairly fast and quiet and have an accent (this isnt a big deal, just a note to try to speak clearer) <3

These ladies are amazing. I get my nails done every three weeks religiously with Leah. She has always done an absolutely amazing job and has always gone the extra mile for me. I highly suggest this nail shop. ❤️RED

I missed going to my normal nail lady and needed a Christmas party set. I walked in at 515 and was out by 630... The set is beautiful. I have no bleeding into the cuticle or anything like that. So thank you ladies

Never going back here. Try to support local business but everything about my experience here was terrible. First off, it stinks, it's dirty and the ladies are all sitting on their phones when they could be cleaning the dust and mess on the tables and floors. The woman who did my manicure was ignorant, rude, dismissive and laughing at me because I didn't know to put one finger in the cure machine or all of them. She kept changing it and then another lady came over and they both laughed and spoke in their own language. She didn't give me time to choose colours. Kept telling me to hurry up and pick. Then she kept sighing and saying, you have to do it now! There was NOBODY else in the place and 3 workers sitting around! She kept grabbing my hands to do them and I asked for a minute to look at the colours and she said no, just choose. Then the clip opened, holding the samples and she said "you need to be more careful, you understand "!? She didn't fill my nails down to the nail bed so this manicure will barely last a week. The nails aren't filed flat, she didn't use the tool underneath to file my natural nail and she didn't file the sides, so my skin is glued to the nails! As a single mom, treating myself to a nice, quiet moment to pamper myself, I left there agitated, annoyed and hating the end result. Won't go back here.

Wonderful service! I saw some of the negative reviews and was skeptical but I was pleasantly surprised! Bebe did my nails and she did an excellent job! I will be back 🙂
