We have utilized Quick Lane's services since they first opened. Exceptional service. Quotes have been spot on. Staff is very helpful. And they have gone out of their way to get us going again quickly, when we've had two breakdowns. We couldn't ask more!

Had an appointment for off rim tire change. Came in on time, sat for 1/2 hour then was told they didn't have time to do tired today.. rescheduled for 3 days later. Took 1 hrs and 20 mins to do the changeover.. .. took $20 off for inconvenience but still came to $10 more than my last tire changeover in the fall. Time to mosey on into brantford from now on.

Decent service held hostage by shocking pricing. $210 for a synthetic oil change. Ample parking, friendly staff and clean waiting area with complimentary wifi.

I can’t afford to go back here, unfortunately.

Edit: I was contacted the next morning stating I was overcharged. In the end, the oil change cost $120. This company is now owned by Blue Star Ford (Simcoe)

I called the shop at 8 am, 10 minutes later they were driving me to work and I had my brakes fully installed by the end of day--and they even offered to pick me up from work! Incredible customer service!

Amazing customer service! After finding a large screw in my tire, the staff at Quick Lane in Waterford were able to bring my car right in, and had it repaired for me within the hour!
