Hello, I received the birthday wishes and thank you so much!! I truly appreciate it.

I came in today the 27th of October; 1 day after my birthday (as I have a large family we always do a celebration plus it was my 30th so I was very busy for my birthday) I tried to ask if it could be claimed today and the guy making the sandwiches said it MUST be on the same day to receive my complimentary birthday treat. Most locations who do this give you a week to a month for claiming. Most people have plans on their birthday and to expect your customer to add that for their free sandwich making it very time limited isn’t great customer appreciation. With all the places consumers can go you can’t be in that many places at once to claim your birthday free is plus still make it to any plans you may have made for that day also.
This is very saddening as my husband and I frequently come to Quiznos and we love it. I was very let down by this experience. With knowing this I’ll be sure to tell my friends and family that there’s a pending moment to claim this and in the future you guys should let people know when posting birthday wishes that this is only valid for the day of the birthday.

We truly love Quiznos however due to the service I got today I will be putting my review at 2 stars.

Any other time it would be 5 but I felt this was poor service and poor representation of quiznos

I decided to revisit this establishment after a long period of absence and I'm so glad I did. Not sure if its been under new management but the experience was wonderful. Incredibly friendly service, with reccomendations. The price is good and the food is delicious. Will return! My only minor complaint is that I had to listen to the alarm panel beep constantly, I assume it's the low battery warning. If you could fix that one small issue your customers would be so appreciative 😄

Absolutely loved the sub – fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted, and packed with flavor! The customer service was top-notch; the staff was friendly, fast, and welcoming. Great experience overall – definitely coming back!

Tej who'd helped me was so courteous. I'm currently having issues walking and he was so sweet and brought me my dinner and offered to refill my drink. I always like coming here because everyone is so friendly and accommodating.
