I have been coming to this location for 8 years. The Iranian older woman who works days Mon-Thurs is unfriendly all the time. I say hello, she says nothing. An Iranian customer comes & she immediately changes & happily talks Farsi to them. I have 2 friends who live down street, both successful & they.wont go in anymore cause she is so rude. The 2 Mgrs who work evenings are super nice. This woman obviously doesn't like white Canadians.

On January 12 at 3.30 p.m. my husband and I were buying groceries at the store, the cashier, who did not give her name, ignored us at the checkout, serving other customers, was indignant and made comments to us that we put the products in transparent bags, milk and meat and chemicals were in our cart. And she did not answer questions about where the product was, continuing to sit on the chair. For us, this was an order for Uber delivery.

Went to the store on March 1/25 on a windy and blistering cold night for my Emergency Shopping.
Picked up items I needed that are always available and was served by Garo.
I asked him about some additional products that I needed and he pointed me towards them and was very helpful in suggesting alternatives which were lower in price point and all grown in Ontario.
In these hard economic times that is a blessing in disguise and very much appreciated.
I found Garo to be professional, did not fawn on my picks, extremely considerate and helpful.
Sometimes we forget in this busy busy life, it's guys like Garo that silently help in promoting Repeat Business.
He is a diamond in the rough and a great asset for Rabba.

Yesterday at night , february 21st, I went to this store. There were two new guys who didn't want to warm up the samosas and really bad customer service, so I left everything because that is not how to treat customers.

It open everyday. Even on holidays 24/7. Like on Christmas, Boxing day, New year and Thanksgiving they are open 24hr. They dont close at all. They have beer and alcohol too.

I usually visit early mornings and my experience has always been decent.
I came by in the mid morning and encountered grumpy cashier lady.... definitely all the reviews about her are true, she checked all the boxes as far as the basics of cashiering..but she did not make me feel welcome.
Considering that there have been previous reviews regarding her and nothing has changed I am assuming she is family.
Won't stop me from coming back...I would like to think she's a nice person but not suited for customer service.
...you can pass on the boiler plate company response.
