I was ready to get rid of my bindings for my skis, I had taken them into 3 different places to get adjusted and was still having issues with them. Went into Radstyle sports and they were tuned up and working properly within 24 hours of dropping them up, for a fair price. Doesn't get an better then that. Hockey, biking, skiing, whatever you need, this is the store for you

Great shop with a great selection of products and if they don’t have it they will bring it in. Helped me get my BOA fixed on my snowboarding boot in only a few days over the holidays. Will be going back for my snowboard and bike needs.

Charges $17.99 for what another shop charges $8.

The owner makes personal attacks on reviewers and then fabricates a fictional version of how the interaction went.

Apparently, he is very sensitive and accuses smiling, happy and polite people of being "very angry", and cries about it on honest reviews. He even begs reviewers to "add another star".
Truly unbelievable.

Apparently saying- "Thank you, have a nice day.", with a smile is "very angry" to this establishment. That is exactly the only thing I said when he handed me his product, expecting me to purchase it.
He claims I made a rude comment, when in fact I merely handed it back to him and said thank you.

I suspect he was upset I didn't buy it.

Very rude and poor service. Couldn't tell if he was speaking to the dog that was wandering around or to me.
It was me.
I used to work at a bike shop and we had a shop dog too.
I was actually super happy to see the dog and it being dog friendly but it's not my fault I thought the guy was talking to the dog. He was quite rude immediately and entirely.

I just tried to purchase a nut but all he had was a
nut/bolt/cap set for $17.99
He acted as if his expensive set was the only way possible for someone to get that nut.
The bike shops I used to shop/work at gave away for free the nut I wanted to purchase.

He clearly reacted poorly as soon as he realized I wasn't going to purchase it.

Every single part of the shopping experience was rude/poor.
Very poor selection and service. Shop was unkempt.

Owner Jaysun has the quirkiness and passion of a proprietor who clearly knows his business - bikes, skis, skates, snowboards- with a knowledge that far surpasses a casual entrant into the genre. Excellent service, honesty, and a commitment to quality that are unmatched.

I recently had an amazing experience at Radstyle cycle and proshop. The owner/staff member there truly exhibit a genuine passion for his job, and it shows in the quality of service they provide. One particular incident left me thoroughly impressed – when I had a damaged wheel rim and was told by United Cycle that it was beyond repair, Radstyle's team skillfully fixed it, saving me the trouble and expense of buying a new rim. Their dedication and expertise in bicycle repair are truly commendable. I highly recommend Radstyle for their exceptional service and commitment to their customers' satisfaction.

Thanks Jayson for the great, speedy and inexpensive service in fixing the rear wheel on my road bike. I fought with the problem for 2hr+. Jay fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Great local bike shop in Beaumont.

Jayson is an absolute beauty. He made our ski race season so easy. Jayson tuned our kids skis whenever we needed, at a price that was beyond reasonable, and he did a phenomenal job. Even when there was only 1-2 days between ski days, Jayson would go above and beyond by getting our skis done, despite the tight turn around.

You can tell Jayson is committed to putting out a quality product, and “good enough” is not good enough for him. Jayson was genuinely excited to learn how well our kids performed, and went out of his way to provide the best service possible. I really can’t say enough good things about how well we were treated.
