My first real LCS experience. Great shop with very, very helpful owners and staff. Family run and it shows. If I lived in this town I would be found there most days.

Went in to sell a few text books and it was the most awkward experience. Another used book store had recommended that I check in there to move the text books on.

To be fair - there is a sign on the door noting that you should call first if you want to sell/trade items. I went in simply to ask how their system worked and was treated like an annoyance.

The owner did come to look at my books but he was rude and acted annoyed the entire time. I spent the majority of my time just wanting to leave. I left two text books there for ✨$6 worth of credit ?

I can honestly say I’ll never go back to spend it as I had such a poor experience in the store.

If you’re looking for books - try somewhere else, you’ll thank yourself.

To quote many companions, "it's bigger on the inside". Unbelievable selection from VHS to comics to cards and anything considered collectable. Staff is friendly and I could have spent many more hours than I did browsing.

Quaint and nostalgic, new comics and old abound, lots of other collectibles to entice any visitor, obvious accumulation over time so go when you have time to peruse and potentially dive for gems.

A massive selection of collectables, games, books, board games, you name it! This shop has everything. I think if you looked long enough you could find some real gems. Some parts of the store are more organized/cleaner than others, and some smells are involved. But: this is to be expected in such a large collection of used items.

Positive experience.
Browsed and found some cute stuff. I’m not an avid consumer of dvds cds records or comics so I don’t have a baseline to compare it to. However, we had a lovely experience and had very warm customer service.
