Pretty impressive, went in Friday night to look around at some optics and ask some questions. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. With no pressure to buy and giving honest feedback from experiences and technical background on the differences I was shocked at their willingness to assist and train me on the product. I went back Saturday to inquire further and they had the scope ready to go on the counter with the rings we discussed already installed. I must say that this is one of the rare times that the typical "will be back" client came back haha. I was pleasantly surprised and in fact quite impressed. Well done Ramakkos staff.

Like many such places, the prices may be a little higher than you're going to find online, but this is an acceptable trade for having it in hand to see the quality, sizing, etc. for yourself and a chance to support local!

Excellent experience with Ramakko’s. This was my first time shopping with Ramakko’s. From my first point of contact with customer service to my second point of contact with the hunting department to my third and final point of contact with the shipping warehouse. Excellent customer service, excellent communication, very polite and helpful staff. Was definitely a pleasant experience ordering from Ramakko’s online. Very reasonable prices, fast shipping and fast delivery. Could not have asked for a better experience with this store. You have gained another happy customer. Highly recommended!

Purchased an ice hut online that was on sale for pickup in store. Attached is the product I recieved which I thought was going to be new. Apparently it was discounted because it was a floor model however at no point was that communicated and the website only lists that it's on sale. The only thing that was communicated was that boxes are not kept for large items, not that it was a display/used model that no longer had a box.

If you call ahead to ensure you can exchange an item under warranty, and they look up your receipt and say yes no problem and you drive in to find out they are just going to mail it out anyways and not exchange it, it is frustrating. I understand policy is policy, but if your staff member tells you something they should honour that and tell you how to go about it correctly the next time. I will say though the cashier was nice enough about it anyways. But after our previous visit when a condescending employee telling us what is in our hand doesnt work and your wasting your time if you dont buy the different model for twice the price. This is not a store I will be spending more money in.
