Arrived at 4am guy was there to check us in. That was great but as soon as I mentioned I had a service dog he immediately charged me extra. Only gave us an extra hour after check out time. I went to go to the office once up to see if they had a blow dryer as there was not one in the room, and no one was there and the door was locked.

Although a budget Inn it was wonderfully clean and comfortable! The owner is very pleasant and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again if work brought me through here again.

What more could you want from a roadside motel? Rooms were super affordable, warm, comfortable, clean. The staff was super friendly. Nice family run business. My hunting partner and I had no complaints. We'll probably be back another day, depending on tag draws!

Got bed bugs had bites all over . Called the next to inform them of such and all he would tell me was he's never had a complaint . Stay away until fumigated

The check in process was quick and easy and the owner was friendly. This is an older motel and as such needs some upgrades. As for the room we were told it was recently renovated which included a new carpet and fresh paint. The rest of the room was ok but dated. My room had 2 double beds , pillows were smaller than usual and the mattress was ok. There is no plug in near the bed / nightstand to charge your phone or tablet. ||The room did not have a coffee pot or blow dryer, It did have a microwave and a mini fridge which froze everything over night. Bathroom is small, has a tub/shower and the bath towels are on the smaller side. || Location is good as it's close to some dining and shopping options within 5-10 minute walking distance. ||Overall My stay was ok and comfortable. I would stay here again if I had to.

I'm not allergic to anything or sensitive skinned in any way, and for the first time ever at all their laundry made me itch BAD so bad I couldn't sleep. The room definitely wasn't clean outside of the daily use stiff. Lots of dust and dirt build up all around the tub and shower surround edge, also the bathroom exhaust an a_c unit were so plugged with dust that it'd fall out every time it turned off.

Stopped in Nanton after a very long exhausting day & needed to get some sleep. Man at the desk was pleasant and accommodating. After being in the reception area, it was no surprise that the room was grungy also. Needed some serious cleaning everywhere. Rug was dirty so we kept our shoes on. There was wifi and lots of hot water. The bed had clean sheets and it was comfortable and we slept.

Way better than I expected for the price. Room was updated, clean and quiet. Dave, the master off all things at Ranchland is exceptional at all he does. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Also no coffee maker in room but a simple call to the front desk and we had one.
