Overall a great experience. The only negative was that I was told service would be done within a week which in turn took 3 weeks. Understandable because all other dealers were busy as well, but they did tell me upfront. In the past Raxfin has always went over and above to get you back up and running quickly. Excellent service at a reasonable price!

Highly recommend this place for all your toys. Josh, Dylan and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing. The reception upon walking in was friendly and warm. The team was detailed oriented and very effective. They explained the issue and solved the problem in a timely manner.
Well worth the drive from Timmins.

As their ad stated I purchased a brand new non current 2023 Honda Foreman ATV. After returning back home to Timmins I noticed that the machine had 21.7 hours on it and the service indicator wrench was on. Immediately I emailed the salesman that I purchased the bike from requesting that the owner contact me. The owner Miguel contacted me the following day I expressed my concerns to Miguel and in a rude tone he gave me the run around saying the key must have been left on when it was moved around the yard for snow removal. Bottom line I ended up paying the price of a new non current Honda Foreman but got a used one in which I have to get the scheduled first maintenance done (first maintence is 20 hours) before I even get to drive it. Do not buy from Raxfin in Kapuskasing you may not get what you think you’ve paid for.
After submitting an official complaint to Honda Canada I was contacted by Mory (from Honda) he stated that he had contacted Raxfin and spoke with Miguel. Miguel told Honda Canada that he offered to refund my money (which didn’t happen) he also told them that the service wrench wasn’t on when the unit left the shop. Very unfortunate when an owner (Miguel) blatantly lies, I forwarded my email threads along with pictures to support my complaint to Honda Canada. Miguel from Raxfin is an unethical man that will obviously try to weasel his way out of a situation, lucky for me the email chain and photos were saved to prove he got caught up in his lies. Miguel is supposed to contact me over the next few days I can’t wait to speak with him.

Just an amazing store. Full of quality brand name products and super friendly and helpful staff. The store was beautifully set up and made shopping an absolute joy. I have access to a Sail and Cabela’s where I live and wish they were at the same calibre as this place. Will definitely stop at any Raxfin I pass by in the future.

Great experience...was sick as a dog, the winch on my side-by-side died, way too sick to work on it with storms coming, the crew at Raxfin got a pick up arranged to Val-Rita lickity-split that afternoon, got the winch sorted out and re-spooled and back to me the next day before noon. Great folks to deal with, super-responsive, super-friendly and true to their word. Great customer service. Cheers!

Five star service at Raxfin.. we were on our last ride of the season and sliders wouldn’t make it home, I called from Cochrane as dealer there was not able to help us.. Raxfin said if you can make it here we will get you in straight away, and that’s what they did! 1 hour later we were back on the trails. I highly recommend Raxfin
