I've used PC Express pick-up and delivery at this store many times. I had positive experiences most of the time. Sometimes the produce I ordered were not fresh, but PC Express always gave me refunds no question asked. I've never had an item missing in my orders. The shoppers were thorough and attentive.

We have been using online shopping at the. Hamptons outlet and have never been disappointed. What makes it special is. JOANNE. Truly one of the best! I look forward to hearing her answer the phone . Always so positive and friendly. A keeper for sure!! I must add that. Ty is an added bonus.

I am absolutely appalled by what I witnessed at this Superstore. They have live fish and crabs cramped together in tiny tanks, right next to the vegan meat section. It’s not only cruel and inhumane but deeply disturbing. These animals are just sitting there, staring at us, as if begging for mercy. It’s heartbreaking and incredibly unsettling.

On top of that, the price of food has skyrocketed! My wife and I used to pay $5.99 for vegan meat, and now it’s $9.99 for the exact same product. That’s an outrageous increase in just a year! This isn’t inflation—it’s pure greed. Everything in the store has become unaffordable, and it’s infuriating.

It’s really disheartening to see a place that we once relied on turn into something so unethical and exploitative. Absolutely unacceptable.

I got the same celery as the woman below on Jan 6 but mine didn’t have quite as much dirt. So they never fixed the problem or washed the produce. They really don’t care even if they write here that they do. I even phoned management about some issues at another location & nothing changes.
There have been some awesome employees especially at the customer service desk at this location. One of the best Superstores in the area now- clean and well stocked. I think it depends on who is manager because some of the other locations are really really bad. When I go to the Coventry Hill location a woman working there walks around and stops you & tells you to watch your purse. 3 times it’s happened. I never go inside at that location anymore. Store itself is good.
BUT, bad experience from using bonus program in this shop. It was working fine, until they changed something with pcid and pc optimum program.
Now, when you reached some balance that you can withdraw, they are blocking your card to "earn" only, no matter what you set in application.
So any so called "savings" from Esso or Superstore is not working anymore. Virtual balance that cant be used.
Contacted support several times, no solution over last month.
Customer care at the store itself cant do anything according to their words.

They had the self-checkout set to "security mode," so the self-checkout attendant had to sign in and authorize every single item you scan before the scanner lets you scan anothet item. There were 4 customers trying to check out and only one attendant. This was taking so long and it was so close to closing time I couldn't get my groceries, which means I couldn't make myself a late supper and I couldn't make breakfast the next morning.

I appreciate your feed back but I already talk to the store manager and today, I got a phone call! I was really disappointed about the cashier at the self checkout I was treated very badly and humiliated , she didn't consider my age, my disability and above all she was bossing me and being rude specially it was from employee! But I would walk away if it's happened from a customer!
I am sorry to say that I would spend more money and shop somewhere else where always I am treated with respect!
you could check the camera to believe as you have all information about the incident!

June 17, Monday. I tried to purchase fresh lobsters that evening at this location @ 8pm. There was no one attending the "fresh" tanks department. I asked someone at the deli dept and was told to wait 5 mins. 5, 10, 15 minutes later, still no one. During the 10 minutes of wait, we started to notice the horrible smell in front of the tanks. Most of the clams were dead in the water. We then started to look closely at the lobster tank. There were a few dead ones in the tank and who knows how long the dead ones' been sitting there with the others. Would not recommend anyone buying fresh fish there!
