Not sure if it’s this store, or Superstores in general, but not very good capitalism-ing to have ZERO SHELF STOCK of products your site says are on special- Namely, in my case, Dr Pepper Zero Sugar. Keeps happening. Pretty poor showing. More Coke products than you know what to do with, though. Maybe Pepsi distributors are the problem? Or *finger quotes* supply chain issues? Too cheap to staff properly to keep shelves looking full? Whatever it is, as Megatron would say, you have failed me, yet again, Superstore! 😜😂🙄

EDIT: 10June 2025: Still as bad as ever, whether management or Pepsi reps, at stocking Dr Pepper Zero Sugar in 2L bottles. Latest pics of shelves added.

I took this picture at Real Canadian Superstore yesterday, and I honestly couldn’t believe what I was seeing. These meats are labeled as 30% off, but let’s be real—this isn’t a discount, it’s a health hazard. The color is completely off, and it’s obvious that they should have been thrown out instead of being sold to customers.

Selling spoiled meat is unacceptable and downright dangerous. How is this even allowed? Does anyone at this store care about food safety? I hope management takes action immediately because this is disgusting. People shouldn’t have to worry about getting sick from buying groceries.

I had a wonderful experience at this branch, thanks to the amazing store manager, Steve Pogue. She was incredibly eager to help and went out of her way—with a warm smile—to assist me in finding the item I was looking for. It’s rare to come across such genuine and enthusiastic customer service. I generally like Superstore for its variety and prices, but the PA system especially in the parking garage, is excessively loud and disruptive. During my last visit, a sudden announcement startled me, and a second one was also uncomfortable and had me considering leaving the store immediately, unable to complete my shopping.

As someone with a sensitivity to loud noise, this noise level even with earplugs, is something I believe creates an accessibility barrier under the AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) for noise-sensitive customers. I think in general anyone would’ve found the noise level excessive.

Please consider lowering the PA volume to a comfortable level for everyone. This change would make the store more inclusive and let customers like me shop without distress.
