Had a very frustrating experience at the Harmony Superstore store today.
I have attached the pics showing a shopping cart with a clearout sign right in front of the item I selected. The sign said $8.49, but the register said $19.99. Kim in the customer service was the first to go check the item. She came back saying the price read $19.99 and that there was no sign present for $8.49, I then went back with her as she acknowledged she somehow had not seen the sign. (let the pictures speak for themselves). Lying in the top shelf with a completely different item was the supposed tag. I then waited 15 minutes! after requesting to see a a manger. Liz was very apologetic. Finally Anastasia who was described as a front of store manager came as a store manager was not available. Anastasia told me they could not honour the price as the price tag clearly seen on the cart was not the right Tide product in the cart. Anastasia then went on to explain to me that they could put multiple items in a cart. Make sure to check your receipts at this store. I can only wonder why they choose not to have a price checker to avoid confusion at this store? Total disregard for the situation, never showed any empathy at all. I guess we must carry magnifying glasses.

This store used to have good produ e. But for the last year, it has gone downhill 10 fold. The produce is mainly known as 2nd's in the food industry. Plus, I see lots of produce starting to rot that should be removed. Today, I wanted a red onion, and the separate onions were from the USA and poor quality. A 4 pack was available (see photo), which was over-priced even with 10% discount and partly rotten. The only other option was to buy 7 lbs for $9. I did not want risk buying them based on quality and them lasting. I am near my end with this store.

Edit: My original review is below. However I've lowered from 3 to 1 star. Once again, they had an issue where the display price was different than scanned. I've even gotten into the habit of taking a picture of the prices now in prep for this happening. They NEVER honour the price displayed. The cheese was marked at 5.49, all of the club sized packs were there. Yet it scanned as 13.99 and they refused to change the price for me even though it's marked as $5.49. I'm not blaming the people but more the policies that they dont honour the display prices. Unfortunately this makes the customer experience abysmal and therefore, the customer service also abysmal. I should not have to deal with this every time i shop here. Please be more forthcoming in honouring your price error.

really good deals can be found here! although I've run into about 3 instances where it didn't scan as the right price and the staff asks you to go back and take a picture of the price then come back to show them. makes for a pretty frustrating shopping experience not gonna lie!

Service terrible. Cashiers not friendly or helpful. This company is making things hard on customers. The pay for bags is a bad idea to continue. Bags ending up in landfills as customers forget bags and buy new ones. These bags have more material and are worse for the environment and landfill. Bagging your own groceries is bad customer service as well. People waiting for others to bag their groceries. Let’s get back to customary bags and cashiers bagging groceries instead of standing there.

I recently bought fish from Canadian Superstore, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. When I opened the package at home, I found that the fish were not properly cleaned — there were still visible remains that should have been removed. On top of that, the fish had a very strong, unpleasant smell, which made me question how fresh they really were.

This is not what I expect when buying seafood from a major grocery store. I hope the store takes more care in checking the quality and cleanliness of their fish before putting them on display. Definitely not satisfied with this purchase.

3 people sitting and laughing at customer service when I politely asked if I can be cashed out there with a few items since there was only one register open with a line up. I could've easily went to self checkout but they claimed they do not price match there. One woman was named Raven and the other two did not have name tags.

I find that the staff in the meat department here is extremely rude. The posted price is clearly mark - beef flank is $6.88/lbs. We bought some and they charged us double the price. We told them that's not the price they have on the sign and they said they will adjust the price for us, but "I will not honour the price again next time. I don't play this game!"
I don't understand what game we are playing here! They posted a price for something and we agree to buy it for the posted price. Is this a game? If they make a mistake in the pricing, admit it and fix it. They made it like we are cheating on them or stealing from them instead of admitting to the mistake and say sorry.

At the store today, they make another pricing error and not honoring it. Sign said mango case $8.88 and charged $29.99 for one of the two types on display.

I have lived in this area for many years. The Super Store was once great but every year it gets worse and worse. I can't wait until a new grocery store opens in this area. Lately the lines are bad, trying to get help to find a product is near impossible. 1 day I asked 3 employees, 30 minutes later it was still not found. The produce is very poor, worst I've seen actually at any grocery store here in town. I'd love to shop there but now I just run there for the odd item I may've forgotten or need last minute. It's unfortunate it's gone down hill.

Pictures were the items I needed last minute, needless to say no choice was the best choice.
