I dont understand how this store can sell any oranges? Seems like every time I go in the oranges have no price labels. This time there is one label but it’s not for any of the oranges in the display. I had to ask a store clerk to check prices. They ha1st rule of merchandise is always have price tags! This isn’t the first time, it’s just the worst I’ve seen it. And it’s a simple fix. Please fix this. It’s getting really ridiculous having to find some one to get prices.

Horrific service. I placed an order on October 8th to be delivered Oct 9th between 1030-1130 so I would have my groceries for Thanksgiving. During the delivery window I got notice that it was delivered but it was nowhere to be found. I called customer service by 12:30pm and they contacted the store who said they would redeliver it either Oct 9th evening or Oct 10th morning. I agreed to that and hung up. I got no email or confirmation of this but trusted it would be delivered. However, by 2pm on Oct 10th I still had no order or update about it. I then spent 1 hour waiting to speak to a customer service person who informed me my issue was being dealt with by the specialist team and they could do no follow-up and I was to wait for 24 hours to hear an update. Only after I demanded this be addressed did they offer to escalate the complaint. Yet they again told me to wait 24 hours. That would have been the afternoon October 11th just to hear from someone. However is still have had NO COMMUNICATION, NO REFUND, and NO ORDER on October 13th! This was supposed to food for my thanksgiving dinner and instead I had to go to walmart and repurchase everything. Absolutely terrible experience. And the only reason I chose to order Superstore delivery was I didn't want to drive all the way to Langford to wait for 30minutes for them to bring out my order and then have to drive home which takes hours out of my day. Never again. Maybe one day I'll get my $180 back.
