Your standard RCS store. Meets a decent standard. Store is tidy, mostly well stocked, staff are friendly. Selection of items is surprisingly similar to what you'd find at a larger metropolitan center like yvr

The grocery prices are lower and you can get some good deals. This is excellent. However they should allow their cashiers to sit down when they are working. There is no reason they have to stand all day, it must be hard on their body. Please give your cashiers chairs. You do not need to be standing at all times to scan groceries.

I do not appreciate having a change table in the open area of the bathrooms. I think it's unacceptable that a parent should have to change their child for everyone to see as they come into the washroom. Also I was the first one in the bathroom after it was cleaned and it still smelt like urine and looked dirty. For a place that sells food and has to abide by food safe rules, you would think their bathrooms should be clean too. Terrible experience and glad I don't shop here very often. Good luck to everyone that wants to change their kid in privacy cause you aren't given any and good luck not catching some disease cause even after it's cleaned it looked like the bathroom from a third world country.

This happened last night Feb15 around 7:30pm.
My experience was truly awful, and I’m still shocked by how poorly I was treated. Not only were the staff members (cashier#10 named Vanshika and assistant manager) unprofessional, but they also seemed uninterested in helping at all. I explained my issue, hoping for some understanding, but instead, I was met with a rude response . It felt like I was an inconvenience to them, rather than a valued customer. When I tried to get more clarification, I was brushed off in a rude and condescending manner. It’s unacceptable to be treated like that, especially when you're spending your hard-earned money. I expected much more, and this incident has completely tarnished my view of the store.

Today I was at superstore East Prince of Wales. I had to ring my own groceries in at the self serve and while doing so I found bread that looked like it had been eaten by a mouse. The employees at customer service for all gathered together visiting five or six of them. I asked one of them if they could replace the bread, they pointed at another girl saying that she would help me no one ended up, helping me at all and I left. In my opinion, if employees have nothing to do, but to visit, they could be helping staff bag their groceries assist them with items. I found this to be terrible customer service and not the first time.

Unfortunately we had very bad experience today, with staff member Sarah, as she started harassing single mother with two young kids as the mom wasn't speaking English and sh had a nutrition coupon, staff Sarah started harassing the young mother with too kids and she was attacked the mother with very bad attitude and judging her and speaking with her with unprofessional way,, and humiliation her,, i was there to help the mother vas she dont speak English, and i told her she dont do anything wrong she have the coupon just do your work, and i called the customer support and started complaining on Sarah , i hope the staff to be more professional and not judging people as you don't know what they went through!!!

This is purely a rating of their men's bathroom, as the store itself is just a regular grocery store.

Clean these damn stalls! Piss all over one toilet and shit smeared all over the seat in another. Have some pride and clean these toilets. Shame on you.

Get rid of the self checkout and hire better staff. Products are unlabeled, staff is hard to communicate with and cant find items that need a price check, and products like in house baked bread are highly overpriced - especially for stuff that is 3-4 days old and will expire the next day.
