A rather large superstore with a wide selection of hard to find items. I was able to find items such as rice cooking wine and small cans of extra spicy clamato here that I have not seen in the smaller superstore by my home. It can be busy and crowded but I feel the selection is worth it. We come about 4 times a year.

We came to this store for years.Noticed that their price signs/label are different from the products in front of them.It seems like... it's a business trick to attract people that it's cheap price but it's NOT! You gonna surprise when you got home and check your receipt, it's EXPENSIVE!! It happened to us many times! This is one of the wrong Price signs/labels in the store.

Charity was my checkout girl today and she went WAY above and beyond to make do my order was filled and with a SMILE!

The lady ahead of me was giving her a hard time about using discount vouchers etc -she was patient and kind with her and when it came my turn she was back to her glowing self.

She genuinely cares about doing a great job and it shows. She should be whole of the month and given a raise in my opinion

If there was 6 stars that’s what she deserves!

I will be back to this location because of her✅

Get better security that doesn't accuse people of the dumbest stuff for no reason. Literally tried to tell the manager I was kicking boxes under the shelves for whatever reason, which when asked to see the footage there was none...

Online pick up. Nobody has a initiative to let you know that their landline is not working (already two weeks) 🤦‍♂️. Or just put a signage instead so your customer not waiting for a long time. Their people will just pass you by like they dont see you waiting to pick up some groceries item. 😕

Never again. I have never been treated so rudely. Went through self checkout with a cart of groceries. Wheels locked up and alarms went off right at the doorway causing me to slam into my husband. The worker basically dragged our cart off to the side demanding receipts. We very obviously paid, the two women at self talked to my kids and waved at them leaving. Took damn near a half hour to find the thing to unlock us. The worker kept yelling for reciepts saying it was her right "like at costco". I don't recall ever paying a membership for superstore and agreeing to the reciept check "like at Costco". My girls were terrified thinking I was getting arrested.

My question is: what are you gonna do if a kid falls out of a cart due to these automatic stops? Or a senior gets hurt? Or a pregnant woman slams her belly into it? Absolute nonsense behavior.
