Every time I walk into this store for the item I came for, I leave with things I didn’t even know existed. It is by far the best customer service and selection of any workwear store with great prices and discounts. I’m never disappointed when I come in and don’t even feel guilty about the few extras I purchase every time . I will not shop anywhere else for work or work casual clothing, even winter-wear. I cannot recommend this store enough.

From the other comments I'm pretty sure Deb helped me the most but both ladies were extremely friendly and helpful, they didn't rush me or my decision. They were extremely patient even when the store was rampient with other customers. I love my new CSA boots (which is always a chore). I know I'll be able to utilize my boots for years to come, they set me up with a boot wax, brush, and a place where I can go when I eventually want to re-sole my boots. Thanks so much ladies for being so catering!!

Every time we have gone into Reddhart Workwear Kelowna, it has been nothing short of the easiest and most pleasant shopping experience. The store is impeccably clean and very organized. We bought boots there two years ago, and recently went back for replacements. It took Deb no time at all to find which boots we had bought previously and to find a pair when she didn’t have the right size in stock. She made the entire thing so unbelievably easy and stress free. If you’re looking for good work boots or hiking boots or any kind of workwear, you definitely need to come here. Better products and even better service than you’ll find anywhere else.

Love this store!! The staff is great and very knowledgeable, which is rare these days. The quality of the clothing is awesome. My husband gets all his clothes there, and they always look like new. My son also gets his work boots there, and they know how to fit footwear...I highly recommend going there

So this is definitely long past due. Been shopping here for the past couple years and overall, i can't say anything bad about the store or the cliental. The ladies working in the store are extremely helpful and super pleasant. The Carhartt selection is wicked and if they don't have it, they'll order it in. Only down side is that they don't carry redwing / baffin boots, nudge nudge haha. Thanks ladies can't wait to come back.

Deb is fantastic! Went there to look for CSA / Met-guard boots and Deb went above and beyond to make sure we found what we needed. She was so helpful, making sure we had the right fit and right style for the application. Super knowledgeable, kind and charismatic. Will 1000% recommend to anyone in need of work boots/other gear.
