Never been here, offsetting unnecessary 1 star reviews. Free market, charge what you want, if you have an issue with EV charging prices petition your government to regulate them. Until then, do your due diligence and charge where you feel comfortable and call ahead to prevent surprises. Do I agree with the charging rate, no, do I understand their frustrations from being forced into it by their brand, yes. Leaving 1 star reviews at a dealership you have never dealt with is unreasonable.

Just a tip from the land of common sense: if you’re charging five bucks a minute, maybe put some of that profit toward PR training — because this? This is a masterclass in how to light your own credibility on fire and roast marshmallows over it.
Public opinion isn’t a drag race… you don’t win by flooring it through every 1-star review with ego and sarcasm. You’re not coming off confident; you’re coming off like a guy who charges by the minute because he knows no one would stick around for an hour.
You don’t defend your business by throwing tantrums in the comments. You do it by offering good service, owning mistakes, and realizing the internet never forgets ….especially when you act like a villain in a low-budget dealership soap opera.
Charge what you want. But when the reviews keep coming, don’t be shocked. You’re not selling cars you’re selling attitude. And the returns are starting to show. No need to thank me.

The owner of this place is obviously 1000% anti-EV. Been driving an EV for almost 10 years, in the early days some of the only charging options were car dealers, not once did I ever come across a guy like this, not even in Trump country Michigan! Cole Ford there welcomed me with open arms even telling me to go inside and help myself to coffee etc.! You are whining about how much you paid for the charger and you'll never make your money back yet price charging so high nobody will ever use it, not great business. Do the right thing, give the guy his money back, maybe I'll remove this review when I hear that happened but your responses to the rest of the reviews doesn't give me the impression you care about much besides your ego.

As much as I disagree with how you've handled this EV mess, Unless a person went there to charge their EV, people have no right to post a review. Hence my 5 star offset.
And this coming from a EV owner. Trying to shame someone into changing their thoughts is about as useful as charging $5.99 a minute

They charged an elderly man close to $700 to charge his EV. Taking advantage of the elderly is disgraceful and they should be ashamed of themselves, unfortunately anybody capable of this behavior is probably incapable of shame. What if that had been your father who just needed to get around? Disgusting.

Amazing customer service. Very attentive to my needs and found me exactly what I was looking for. Staff were patient and professional.
