Awesome shop! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Great selection of consignment cowboy boots. I also really enjoyed the front boutique with all the local artisan western jewellery. I got some great deals for Calgary Stampede!

This is a great little store for western tack, apparel and other horse items. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and helped me find exactly what I needed at a fraction of the cost of buying brand new. Would highly recommend.

If you want to be paid for your items go somewhere else.
Dropped off a pair of boots in May. Heard nothing so in October I emailed to ask to reduce the price of the boots to sell them. They emailed me back to say that the boots sold in JULY and they tried to send me the money but it 'bounced back'. So I asked them to send the money to my email again, they proceeded to say that they were sending it and I wasn't depositing it - however I received no alert from the bank about this transfer. They accused me in an email and I quote 'You can also make sure to deposit the e-transfer next time we send it :)' for not depositing'. Which was extremely passive aggressive as I never received any money deposits (while receiving from multiple others) as if I was inconveniencing them by asking for my money. I don't appreciate the ignorant way of speaking to me when they were in the wrong for withholding my money for MONTHS with no alert of my item being sold, no alert that my deposit bounced back ect. Very unprofessional. Sorry RIIB for asking for my money, I know this is a huge inconvenience to you. Today the money magically sent to my email with no alert that they sent it like I had asked them. Use with caution and make sure to keep tabs on your items and payments (:

Consigned some clothing here. The process was very simple and straight forward. Amber is the best, and her staff are friendly and helpful. Love the boutique part of the store that features local small businesses. The consignment portion is well stocked with great gear. I'll be a customer for good!
