Very very poor service. Shameful. Bought a dog toy 24 hours ago for my 13 yr old spaniel. He's very gentle with toys and within 5 mins it fell apart. See pic of how it wasn't properly made. Broght it back to exchange and they just said. No Returns to me. I said it's not for restocking shelf but for you to get refund from supplier in Guelph. No deal. Been shopping here for 20 years. This is my last visit. Plain stupid!

Don’t buy grooming products here!! I got 2 bottles of Tropiclean conditioner 1 gallon in the winter that were unusable (over $120 product) and they would not return. Spoke to manager and she said she would call me back and never received any calls back until I called her 2 weeks later to find out they wouldn’t return or exchange because at that point it had been over 30 days. Claimed to have called me but I had zero voicemails. Same thing happened with a 30 blade I bought that had a manufacture defect that wouldn’t cut fur, my sharpening guy also said they are the worst for standing behind their grooming products.

Worst location for customer service!! My elderly grandmother was snapped at today when an item was not in her order that she had been charged for because the item was discontinued even though she was able to order it on the website. Absolutely disgusting, this was definitely not my grandmothers fault. This is also unfortunately not the first time we have had awful customer service at this location. Started ordering online to avoid needing to go in the store but after this incident I will no longer be doing this either.

Called ahead and the employee was incredibly helpful and looked up stock for me. When we purchased a life jacket for our mini aussie it didn't fit right because of his odd proportions. They let us return and exchanged it for a size up. Great customer service all around. Store is well stocked with many items I've never seen at other chains.
