I would like to personally thank Kelly. I walked into the store twice (along with 5 other stores) I needed a change in wardrobe and I didn’t know where to start. On my second time entering, she offered her help again except this time I accepted the help.

I spent almost $300 and have 3 full new wardrobes.
If it weren’t for Kelly, I would have went home with no bags and defeated. Now I look stunning and powerful.

In store experience was fantastic. The purpose of the store visit was to do returns. The associate in the store was very empathetic to my situation. I expressed my frustration with the decline of rickis products over the years. Sizing is all over the place, quality is no longer the same and I would love to understand how a larger size fits smaller (6 were snug, 8 would not fit). The associate did check to see if they could offer other sizes or another pair incase there was a problem with the particular pant. The event I needed them for has already past and I informed them that I ended up being able to fit in an older pair of tried and true pants in a much smaller size.

Very poor customer service, may be because of I am a person of colour.

Placed an online order, was told the order would take about 4 days to arrive, I came a week later and I was told that my order is yet to arrive and the sales person reluctantly told me that may be it will arrive the tomorrow. Told her she was not giving me enough information, that should be specific and she said she was not the person that placed my order.

Eventually, when I insisted I need a feedback, she checked and went back to get the order. She claimed she didn't see it.

After that was resolved, I wanted to get a matching jacket for the jumpsuit but she chose not to help or rather ignored me after she brought a jacket I said its not a right fit.

Regretted spending my money.
