I’ve always liked shopping at Ricki’s, but my last experience was disappointing. I placed an online order in early January, unaware that the company was going out of business. My order took many weeks to arrive, and by the time I received it, some items didn’t fit. When I tried to return them, I found out—both online and in-store—that they had stopped accepting returns. Unfortunately, I didn’t even receive my order until after the final return date had passed, which felt unfair. While I understand the challenges of closing down, better communication about return policies would have been appreciated.

Before my friend introduced me to Ricki’s about 2 months ago, I had no idea how great their clothes are! Amazing quality and very fair prices for women of all ages. Buying online means I had some returns, I went to the Vaughn Mills store (now 3 times) to return some items that didn’t fit me well due to wrong sizing (there were nothing wrong with any of them). I had the pleasure of meeting Alima the store Manager to assist with all my returns, I was met with pleasantry, patience and smiles every time I was there. Alima was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the return process very easy, smooth and hassle free, her customer service skills should be commended! I will continue to shop at Ricki’s going forward. I had an amazing service today at the Vaughan Mills location Maritza and Olivia were very helpful and respectful they helped me with whatever I needed and they were smiling all the way then when I was leaving I gaved them a big hug and these 2 ladies know what they’re doing because now a days if you go in different stores nobody wants to help you but these 2 are number 1. I’m so happy they work here and they made my day more beautiful.

We travel to Vaughn for a girls trip every November and every year we are lucky enough to have had Alma as our sales associate. She is always pleasant and super helpful at finding items and getting us the best deals. See you next year Alma!!

Danielle's customer service was outstanding. The Sunday afternoon team was great. The selection was super I bought quite a few things to add to my fall wardrobe and everyone was helpful. One of my tops that was paid for was accidentally left behind and the team figured out it was mine and called me to come back. Excellent service.

I called the store to check if they had a sweater I really wanted, they were sold out of the color I wanted on-line.. They were kind enough to look for it in store and it was the last one. It was put on hold for me until I could pick it up the next day. So friendly, the store was clean and tidy.
