What a lovey store filled with amazing treasures! Rio is so warm and kind, walking in there was like visiting a friend, it was so pleasant to chat and look around. I had a wonderful time browsing and buying some really pretty things! Thank you!

Went here today on our honeymoon. We met Rio, what a lovely human! The store is vibrant and welcoming. So many beautiful hats and accessories. We both left with a newly purchased hat and felt incredible. This local gem was a delight! Thanks Rio!!!

Beyond the gorgeous hats and scarves, there are so many fun and cleverly curated gifts and accessories in this store! So cute and totally worth a visit if you are in Kelowna. Rio is AMAZING and so kind. You gotta visit!

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful owner. Very high quality hats and other stuff.

Check it out, try a few of her wares and decide if you want to buy them. Rio helped me realize that all my hats have been 2 sizes too small all this time.

Amazing selection of hats and the stories that comes with it (which materials were used, which year, etc) makes the experience extra special. I genuinely love the ones I bought from this beautiful store and definitely made it one of my favourites!

I highly recommend this cool hat store in downtown Kelowna! The owner, Rio Branner, is a lovely human and a talented milliner. She stocks her own creations as well as select Canadian and international brands. They also stock a variety of neat accessories and some products from local artisans as well. They have "hats of all kinds for all kinds of people", so be warned -- you're sure to find something you'll love and will want to buy! I have already bought one hat and have my eye on a few others. Pop on down and try a few hats on... playing dress-up is encouraged in the store. It's a really fun boutique and a great addition to downtown Kelowna!

Adorable place and a lot wider selection than expected. Needed some kind of hat to cover a ruined haircut before a wedding and we found the perfect thing there, in the right size too.
