I walked into Rivalda today to purchase thresholds for a home I am buidling and walked out a life long customer. The customer service from the moment you walk in from everyone is just spectacular. The manager was the first encounter I had, she was so polite and gave me referral for a service they did not offer. When I needed help with the pricing for the thresholds I was helped by Matthew. He was so polite and helpful. To top it all off, a very nice gentleman came to my husband and I when we were about to leave to ask us if we wanted any tea, coffee, water etc... it turns out he was the owner. Pricing is great! I recommend Rivalda 10/10.

Recently purchased tile for main floor. Large selection. Staff knowledgeable and excellent prices that fit my budget. Highly recommend. They also have hardwood floors. Down the street is sister store that has large selection of vanities and faucets. Anna and Vincent were both very helpful.

We had a very disappointing experience. We communicated in advance that we would be coming and expected the order to be ready. Despite this, no pre-order was prepared. We drove a significant distance, wasting time and gas, only to find the order incomplete. Even more frustrating, we were still charged—yet only received 5 boxes when 12 were clearly needed and discussed. To make matters worse, the sales representative was extremely rude both times we had to deal with her. This reflects a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. Definitely would never return.

Getting tiles here for my second renovations project already. Best customer service and obviously I can’t speak enough about their selection.
Azar helped me this time and she was amazing. Also they offer coffee and espresso, that’s a nice touch.

I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but Rivalda Tiles had so many options that I ended up finding the perfect tiles for my kitchen backsplash. The staff was patient and helped me match everything.

I purchased tiles for all the washrooms at my renovated house and I did the pick up myself.
The pros/cons will help you to deal with them properly.

Pros
- huge selection of tiles (they got 2 stores)
- prices are great
- customer service tries to be genours when they releazed they messed up

Cons
- horrible with inventory control
**I picked up my tiles a week after purchase, and they sold out on one of the tiles I purchase so they gave me couple other similar options to pick from which worked out very well
**So make sure to pick up your tiles when you purchase them to avoid disappointment
- wrong orders (receipts)
**They charged me full price but missed giving me the pink slip for one of the tiles but after a long investigation, they figured out they messed up and gave me my tiles
**So make sure to check your receipt with all the tiles and the right amount before purchase
- unorganized inventory between the 2 stores
**At pick up count the tiles and make sure you got all the tiles.
