I had a fantastic experience at this dealership. I attempted other dealerships first and it was obvious they were just trying to get a sale opposed to helping ME. The finance manager at River Valley Chrysler absolutely went to bat for me and got me a significantly lower interest rate than anywhere else. When I went for a test drive with the sales guy, he was honest but also making sure I tested out all features of the vehicle.
This was the biggest purchase I have ever made for myself but they made me feel great about it and put me in a vehicle I have pride in.
I highly recommend them.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and from the very beginning, it was lie and deception. They tried to sell me a car I had never seen and sign paperwork. The car showed up.it was side swiped. I was told it would be fixed and there would be a hitch installed and a new windshield. I was depending on this hitch for work. I was promisd a rental in the meantime. It has been over a week. Still no windshield or hitch and no loaner that I was promised. I'm out a veicle and missing work. This dealership is shady and will do anything to make a sale. They are connected to 3 other dealerships they do.not honer their contacts, even if it's in writing . Do not trust what they tell you. You will regret it. There are lots of other places out there

And this is how they fixed it plastic welded bumper. Look at the photos.
Also I was promised an e transfer for the hitch install as 2 weeks later it was still not done. It's been 3 days and no transfer so I can't even use this vehicle for work( it's intended purpose)

I was not satisfied with the service and the way i was treated at this dealership. The first issue i ran into was undisclosed damage to the vehicle that i had to find on my own after driving 300km.(still bought the truck). The second issue was I noticed the def level was low and I the sales person if i had enough to get home, he said I had more then enough (120km later i was stranded on the highway in a storm). I called the salesperson and all he could say was good thing i bought extended warranty(did not know at the time it was def). The third issue was after 2 days at home I went start the truck and it was dead, took it to dodge and one battery was nfg and the other wasn't much better, this is just after there big inspection they did a week before which included the batteries, also the fuel filters needed to be changed, this all cost me $1000 one week after buying from River Valley Dodge.. ohh and i found the trailer plug had been ripped out and zero effect to fix it

Fantastic service! Marlon & Russel were amazing to deal with. Marlon was super patient with me in trying to figure out which vehicle to go with. Russel was a rock star in dealing with the finance side of things. Both of them went above and beyond the call of duty to make my experience at Straightline an overwhelmingly positive experience. While our 2017 dodge grand caravan served us well, we could not be more happy with our new 2023 Jeep Cherokee! To everyone at Straighline, thank you! I will definitely recommend Straightline to everyone I know! Amazing!!!

Bruce in the parts department is amazing and really cares about customer service! I’m from Winnipeg but my local dealer couldn’t seem to locate a part that was needed to repair my Jeep. I found River Vally CDJR online and called and couldn’t be happier with my interaction with Bruce. He got me the part I needed and shipped it out to me. If the rest of the dealership has good people like Bruce then I’m sure they will do well for many years to come.

Kate helped me, she was absolutely astounding. Phenomenal service, put my in a vehicle part-time prior to my big purchase. This will help me build my credit. Super hard for young people to get safe new vehicles without it. They even filled the tank & detailed it. I appreciate their service and positive attitudes all around. They took good care of me, I will continue working with them. I look forward to it, honestly.
