Long story short... Craig was so awesome. My cell phone screen fell and spidered so badly it wouldn't recognize my passcode nor fingerprint. Not only did he replace my screen, he replaced the damaged back of my phone as well. Craig got it done earlier than expected and gave me a really great price. The quality of the repair is perfect. 🙏🏻 He has been an absolute Godsend! I really couldnt be happier.
*Full story: I dropped my cell phone one too many times (yes, I know 😖😒) Both my screen and back of my phone spidered/shattered so bad it wouldn't recognize my biometrics nor could I enter in my passcode.
Other than that, my phone still sort of worked... My Google assistant was still working anyway, so after many, many tears, I asked Google if there was a cell repair shop near Smoky Lake. Not expecting anything, I was surprised that Rivers Edge Computers came up. I was so nervous about whether or not a 'computer' place could fix my phone at all, let alone fix it decently. However, I am riddled with anxiety and 100% directionally challenged so I am literally lost without Google maps and going to the Fort without it, terrified me. After a few more anxious tears, I called him and told him everything. I was able to bring it to Craig that same day. He was very upfront with the quote and timeline. But let's face it, I Need my phone so any timeline and (almost) any price would have been worth it. He got it done a full day sooner than expected (within 24hours of bringing it to him). He replaced the back of my phone as well and gave me an incredible price for everything, even better than he originally quoted. I really couldn't be happier with the quality of the repair, how quickly it was completed and the deal! I won't hesitate to go to him for cell phone cases, screen protectors, and, god forbid, repairs due to my own clumsiness! Thank you, thank you, thank you Craig!

Superior customer service. When we were hacked, Craig from Rivers Edge Computers was suggested by our bank. Not only was he very knowledgeable when it came to virus detection, he took the time to explain what he was able to do for us, and then completed the job within record time. We highly recommend Rivers Edge, especially for those over 60 who may not be as tech savy as the younger generation.
