I always receive the most friendly and helpful service when visiting rock vapour on torbay road! It's also extremely convenient to where I live as I'm walking distance away. It's always very fast service as well. Never a line up and always in and out very quickly. It's also the only vape store here in St. John's I find that is never "sold out" of items at all, let alone for a long period of time. Overall rock vapour on torbay road is hands down my go to vape store here in St. John's and I think it's definitely the best! Absolutely the best customer service too! Workers are always happy, smiling and very friendly!!! 🙂

Unfortunately, it seems like they are going out of business, selling off all stock. Been out of stock for months now for things that I used to be able to get easily. I understand the regulations and potential changes to them, but come on. It's not impacting the others stores I've had to start ordering from. I would much rather support local, but there's no other option but to take my business elsewhere. They aren't even restocking things that new regulations wouldn't impact, so that tells me they are going out of business (or are sure doing things that will lead to that)

They never ever have anything Im stock, even when their website shows they do, dont waste a trip here, go to Avalon or hollow noggin instead

Excellent Customer service! These guys seriously went out of their way to help me. I came in a cab because I needed coils.I found out that they no longer carried the coils I was looking for because they were discontinued. Obviously not their fault so they weren't obligated to do anything to fix my problem HOWEVER (&this STILL blows my mind) as I was getting into my cab to leave, one of the guys came out and gave me a brand new tank that came with 2 coils that won't be discontinued! FREE OF CHARGE!!! It brought tears to my eyes because I had not expected that degree of kindness. I had been faced with having to go without until I could buy a new vape but these guys saved my day! I am so grateful!

Horrible customer service experience twice. They sale the bad product and if you go back to store they won't help you at all. There answer is we can't do anything about that , contact with product manufacturers. So I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there and buy any product from them .

Sometimes they only have one staff member on, so it can get unexpectedly busy at times. But staff are very approachable and willing to answer customer questions. Great environment and supply too
