Rona has many items for household projects. They have a garden centre with space enough for vehicles to drive in to collect heavy items.
One note is that the entrance doors do not have accessible buttons, as well as the doors leading into the building area.
I was pushing a cart to pick up a bag of mortar and it was very difficult to get into the building area, out of the building area and then out to my car.
Why are there no automatic doors or accessible buttons? I struggled, but I would imagine anyone with mobility issues would have even more difficulty.

I was in the lumber yard and was greeted quickly and had the materials loaded up in the truck within a few minutes. Payment was easy and off we went. Friendly staff.

They close before the posted time then look at you from the cash and don’t make an effort to unlock the door even though they are all standing there watching the clock to leave.
Last week when I asked for an item I did not see on the shelf they directed me to go back “it should be there”.
I feel like I am creating work for them by shopping there. In addition their hours are incorrect on Google.
You never get treated that way at Home Depot. Big box stores become big for a reason. Good bye Rona…..

It is hard to find help. When we needed.to find help.we literally had to chase them down and request tye overwhelmed cashier to call for help as there had been 10 people on tbe till and 3 people needing help to find things. As we did find someone,each got their own person. The help was professional and educated.

They stole my money. I bought 10 buckets of paint for $88, I used 8, so I decided to return 2. Unfortunately, they said that based on my bank card they would return me about $70, not $88, even though the item was unused. This was the last time I shopped at this store Because of this kind of behavior, customers run to Home Depot, where you can return everything and there is a bigger selection. Rona will cease to exist in a few years like Sears, and I wish it that!

Delivering to this rona is really good. The staff are fantastic and there's a decent amount of room for a full sized rig to position. Busy place!

Very helpful. Only complaint is after 5pm seems to be understaffed. One person on customer service and a huge line up. Staff asked for help but no one came to help her out.
