We were so lucky to have Daryl working with us on our garage to kitchen conversion. We had a drawing with measurements and he just ran with it and had recommendations for appliances (fridge, stove, range hood, dishwasher, laundry machines) that were more readily available and highly rated, plus all the cabinets, hardware, sink, flooring that we needed. He was so responsive with emails and calls, and enthusiastic about the project. When one of the appliances arrived with a dent, he immediately had it replaced. The delivery guys were great to work with too. Instead of going to various places to source materials, Gibsons RONA was almost a one stop shop - and I greatly respect that to get a better timeline for the few other materials we needed, he recommended other local sources. Our new kitchen is almost ready and it’s gorgeous. And so much less stressful than it could have been - it feels like Daryl was part of our team!

I have bought appliances here for many years. The people are fantastic and go out of their way to make sure you are happy with what you bought and that it is reliable. Daryl is honest, clear and knows his stuff. The delivery guys are excellent and I can't say enough good things about the whole business.

What a pleasure dealing with Daryl and Lorraine at Rona Coast Builders. In a pandemic with some people waiting 6 to 8 months, we recieved our new appliances in 6 weeks from date of payment. And the delivery guys did a phenomenal job getting them up our very steep driveway and 9 stairs. No damage whatsoever. Many thanks for the fine service!

We recently had our kitchen counter tops replaced. As we have an odd shaped kitchen we had a lot of questions, concerns, we were not sure....... From the moment we stepped in Rona Gibsons, Daryl helped us with everything we needed, along our journey answered all questions and eased our concerns, he is so knowledgeable, easy to work with and the most eager to help his customers, not to mentioned he for sure will put himself in your shoes and makes you feel his 1st priority. Then we had the actual crew to take measurements and installation.....What a pleasure was working with the whole Team. The job was perfectly executed with minimal disruption to the household, and of course I looooove my new counter tops, will recommend always to visit the store, before getting quotes from anybody else. I can just say "THANK YOU"

Called to see about a Tractor lawn mower and had outstanding service. Was looking for one for my father and Lorene took the initiative to call around for me and organize transfer to the Gibsons store from Madeira park. Sent me pictures of it as I was buying it on my fathers behalf and was heading back to Kelowna. They Ensured all was working well and delivered it to him and he was up and mowing everyone’s lawns within a couple of days. Truly phenomenal service. I love dealing with people that know going that extra for customers can truly make a difference. Well done!

Bought a BBQ and dealing with staff was pleasant and efficient. Paid extra to have the BBQ put together and after we picked it up, we realized that it wasn’t put together correctly. I went back and spoke with Daryl and Lyle who were professional and offered sincere apologies and rectified the situation to my satisfaction. I will definitely go back. Thanks!

We had an emergency and needed to get an appliance immediately, and delivered the same day to our place in Half Moon Bay. After calling many stores, luckily I called Rona and talked with Lorene. She was extremely helpful, understood my predicament, and made the impossible, possible. I would recommend her to anyone. Professional, courteous, went above & Beyond. Great customer service.
