Ordered (2) 4x4x16s from inside no problem, then went to the yard for pick up and ended up loading and getting them myself. Guy told me which aisle outside and never met me there, I had to pick through skid myself to find 2 that weren’t banana shaped.

Scott the yard attendant there - absolutely made my day! Loaded up my large decking order onto a trailer on short notice. He even helped us get a BBQ picked out and loaded up for my dad for fathers day. Thanks Scott you were a pleasure to deal with.

Nice selection. Note the price match guarantee on appliances is an industry wide scam. Manufacturers essentially make up a model number specific to each retailer so they have an out not to match prices. Everything under the hood is essentially the same.

Customer service has gone downhill in a big way over the past few months. The staff is extremely friendly however the evening customer service/order desk lady has been so Incompetent and unwilling to search items that I will no longer be going there. It's a shame because I did prefer them to home depot and home hardware

Good luck finding anyone if you need help. The shelves are very low on stock for many items. Prices are 3-8 Dollars higher than the same item across the street at Home Depot. Was run much better under the Totem brand.

I was looking for a shower but all they had was their display models at the Lloydminster location.
They were on final sale so I wouldn't be able to return the shower if it didn't fit. The guy that was trying to help me was very uneducated in the shower area.
Even though I told him I needed to bring it back if it didn't fit, he was still trying to sell me on the final sale showers. It's frustrating when sales people don't listen to what you need and/or want.

I also noticed that another staff member was helping an elderly couple with something and when they found it the staff member didn't offer to carry it for the elderly man or get him a cart. The elderly man struggled with this huge bag of ______ (pet food or something) getting it to the tills.
I was disappointed in the customer service, or lack there of.... at this location.
I bought my shower across the road at Home Depot and got amazing service. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional staff at Home Depot and they loaded all my stuff and took it out to my car. I didn't ask for that service they offered and did it.
Do better Rona Lloydminster.

Purchased a $400 toilet, asked for help, got none. Ended up dragging the thing to the till myself to pay for it. Then the cashier watched me drag it out into the parking lot and load it into my trailer myself.
