Service was terrible . Associates paying more attention to their phones than customers . A vendor actually helped me locate what I was looking for . Not part of his job . I went to customer service to have them call for an associate . When that associate came they helped other people before actually getting to me . Was told , first person I see that's who I'm gonna help . Even though the announcement stated where I was actually standing . Will not use this store again. Would rather drive to another competitor where the customer is respected and is given the help when they request it .

Waited in appliances for over a half hour. An employee paged a person from this area. Then paged again. A guy finally came but helped someone else who waited about 5 minutes. I'm just wondering...if a manager hears numerous pages to an area then why aren't they on top of it. We only saw the one employee who paged in the whole 30 minutes we were there. Wish I hadn't wasted my time picking out an oven...hope Home Depot treats me better.

Amazing store to get every home improvements and needs. get things customised and also delivery available for major items. variety of deals and seasonal offers can be availed here for patio furniture, garden decor, home interior, kitchen, washrooms and appliances. you may also get woods and door or carpentary needs done here. lots of tools electrical fixtures and decor items deom lamps mirror etc. fab place to explore things in this store. Massive place with affordable prices.

I recently had an issue with some fence boards. I went into the store and happened to run into the store manager, Jeff Reid.
The level of professionalism and courtesy he afforded me was unparalleled. I'm now a retired General Contractor. In all my years dealing with primarily HD, I have, and will continue to support Rona, going forward. This isn't the first time I have had to seek assistance when dealing with an issue and the level of service, professionalism and, courtesy is unprecedented!
