Une personne avec un manque de savoir vivre stupéfiant. Si vous voulez vous faire insulter gratuitement, payer trop cher et vous sentir que vous déranger... Vous êtes à la bonne place. Jamais trop tard pour rester à la maison!

I attended her estate sale today, this was my first time attending one of Ronda’s. It was something. First thing, she was unpleasant to deal with, it was as if she was doing us a favour for just allowing us to attend. There were no price tags on the clothing and when I brought her a jacket she quoted me 1500$ which online it was selling for 350$. Nonetheless I waited in line with some more clothing items in my hands and listened to her as she asked another client to go through all the bags and see how much they were selling for online on poshmark and then re priced them more expensive. Almost every client that had an item with a price tag on she increased the prices claiming she was overwhelmed and under priced. I watched clients just leave the items behind as they were just frustrated with her. She was unprepared, and was basically selling items on consignment. I would never want to encourage her with my money. I’d like to say I have quite some knowledge about second hand luxury items and she was just being plain old greedy with it. The worst of it all was she was openly price gauging. All of it was just unorganized and I just wouldn’t recommend.

Ronda seems to get easily overwhelmed, she is pleasant only at small estate sales when there's no one, but loses it at larger sales. She gets forgetful and becomes rude to everyone. I don't recommend dealing with her.

I had an excellent experience with Ronda! Ronda is not only fair but also a tough negotiator, ensuring that both buyers and sellers get a fair deal. I was impressed by the great deals I found and how smoothly the entire process went. Highly recommended!

Very satisfied with Ronda and her team. From the start when one of her assistants came to evaluate the viability of an estate sale in my mothers condo i was impressed. Very polite, respectful and knowledgeable about all sorts of articles, paintings, sculptures, jewelry, antique furniture, clothes, shoes, kitchenware etc.
During the preparation everything was explained, and all procedures for Covid safety were taken seriously.
During the sale every precaution was taken, temperature of clients was taken, wearing of mask and disinfecting hands strictly enforced.
Ronda has so much experience, that she can tell when someone is not a serious buyer, and just wasting our time, and politely asks the person to leave in order to let the next buyer in.
Clean up was as fast and professional as the setup.
Would recommend her to anyone, very professional, takes a very fair cut, and she knows her business very well. Two thumbs up!

Superb from start to finish. Ronda is a consummate pro - she and her team came in, set the house up magnificently, were extremely knowledgeable with their evaluations and after the 2 day sale was over, the bottom line exceeded all expectations! !! She was tireless, extremely pleasant to deal with, totally trustworthy and she sets you up for success, not failure. She is realistic about the market and was bang on with all her pricing; she also spots value in things you'd never looked twice at! Her network of buyers is extensive, hundreds of people went through the house and she handled it all beautifully. Ronda made a potentially stressful situation, seamless. Joseph Montanaro recommended her to us highly and as he had just sold our house in 2 days, I had no reason to doubt him. Very grateful for his suggestion. Thank you, Ronda, for all your hard work ... and your grace under pressure! 5 stars all the way!
