1st time curling in many years. Had a great time and lucky to be on a good team of guys. The club has taken covid seriously and have taken several positive protective steps.

The rink was nice and the ice was decent. But there was too much frost on the ice in the beginning of 1st end. Every sheet I played on was too much of a difference was different one side would be heavy one side would be very fast. The ice techs were way too aggressive in draw changes by cutting across sheets in the middle of a shot after there is a clearing for the scraper and getting the blade a bit close to a thrower. Also they did not nip the ice . Those things didn't impress me too much.
