My initial experience with them was great. They had a lot of information and were down to earth before I purchased my 4Runner. After about a year of driving this vehicle, I had to bring it in for a completely different fix, however, when the mechanic took a look at my tires, they were not even completely bolted on properly, even missing bolts to properly secure the tires to the vehicle. The mechanic would not even let me drive this vehicle off of their property until it was fixed. I have no idea how this vehicle was safetied in the first place and I am shocked that they just simply sold this vehicle and allowed me to get on the road under this condition. I am lucky with the amount of driving I do for work that my tires didn't fly off and potentially cause harm or death while on the road. They have ignored any contact as I've tried to resolve this issue and it's unfortunate that their character was misjudged when I bought this from them. I hope that anybody that looks into their vehicles takes the proper steps to make sure that what they're purchasing truly is road safe. I would hate for someone else to be in my position, especially with the amount of money I paid for my vehicle.

Recently purchased a 2020 WRX from Shaun at his Pickering office, A1 service made everything so easy all I had to do was get insurance on the car & he took care of everything else, let me test drive it as long as I wanted and had it out front and shined up for pickup, was never too pushy to make up my mind & gave lots of time to think. Row Auto Sales was great to deal with. I originally was dealing with Shaun and was then passed over to Nick, both were excellent at communicating and the whole process was a breeze. I looked at the truck online and called to make sure it was everything I was after, because I live almost 2 hours away. They were trustworthy in their description and made is possible to pick it up in 1 trip.

I have never been a guy too post reviews on websites, that being said, I felt it necessary too give these two gentlemen 5 stars. Whomever has raised these guys has done a terrific job. We all have our reservations about used cars salesmen, these two brothers have set the bar for all salesmen. Nick drove the car himself, completely check it over, and was completely honest over the phone about everything. We made a deal the night over the phone and paid for it in full that night via e-transfer on good faith. I just went today and picked up the vehicle sight unseen other than the Kijiji posting and Nicks WORD. I can say this....very very pleased. I HIGHLY recommend Nick and Shaun to anyone in the market for a used vehicle. I couldn't be more happier for the experience I just had! I recently bought a Yukon on-line from Shaun. This was my first car buying experience on-line and I was scared at first. Shaun was very patient and answered all our questions via FaceTime, email & phone and reassured us during the whole process. He even had it delivered to my door in New Brunswick! Although we haven’t bought a car yet it was a refreshing experience dealing with Shaun at Row Auto. Friendly and accommodating, Shaun had vehicles ready to explore and drive and provided the space for my wife and I to review the features and determine a fit.
