In 1979 we moved to Comox and started going to the Seaside Restaurant owned and operated as a Greek Restaurant(now Roy's) by Tony and Aida. We have many great memories so usually once a year drop in to Roy's and think about the past. We noticed a lot of people eating Pizza so decided to try the Royston Royal. OMG This is the BEST pizza in the Comox Valley. We are putting Roy's on our regular lunch itinerary and suggest you try this hidden gem. Be sure and order the Pizza

No complaints here. Yummy pizza with cheese going all the way out the edge creating an oil that cooks the crust so perfectly on the edge yum.
Friendly service. Beautiful patio.

I ordered a lasagna and was shocked at how big it was when it came, I am sure I will get 3 meals out of it. Absolutely huge meals!! They had a great live band playing as well. Overall it was fantastic!

Roy’s Towne Pub in Royston is such a gem. It was great to see a place that felt lively, with a welcoming mix of ages in the crowd. The food was excellent, the service attentive, and the live entertainment was genuinely talented. A friend of mine shared her personal connection to the pub, and from what I’ve heard, the owners sound like truly wonderful, empathetic people who care about their community. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Inconsistent with the food. Went there once for fish and chips, my plate was stacked with fries and they were so good. Fish was great - had a thin, bit tasty batter. Did I mention the fries are excellent? Second time I went for fish and chips, fish was still great but I felt ripped off in the fry department. I honestly left there still hungry. I was quite disappointed this time. I will give it one more try one of these days and see what the amount of fries is like. Best out of three ....

Roy's is a great spot to stop for a bite and a brew. There are great lunch and dinner options for the whole family. They have live music on weekends. It is a total blast. My favorite pub on the island.

Everybody's going to tell you that they know the best place to get fish and chips and unless they say roystown pub, they're lying... Not intentionally, they just don't know any better. So please tell them to come with you to Roy's Town's pub.. The food is top notch. The fish is so fresh not grease logged and their tartar sauce is such a nice compliment to it.. if you order gravy ask for a straw because if there's any left you'll want to make sure you get every drop. I don't know how much more I can say about this place. The service is great. Food is great. Prices are reasonable, location is easy to access and the scenery getting to and from is top notch. I hope you enjoy it there

Fish and chips were highly recommended...but they were a firm 6...old and fresh chips mixed and only just warm, fish had extras from the fryer that needed cleaning. Salad wasn't mixed well with dressing.
Pizza rated as a 7. Thicker, lots of cheese, decent amount of chicken, onions. Good
Beer..terrific!
