Came from the other Rude Boys (downstairs), the guy who attended me with curly hair I think, was awesome. He really helped me fast and efficiently I happily leave that shop with a nice snowboard set up board+bindings. Was going to stay for a bit more to buy more stuff but the guy was dealing with 2 more costumers at the same time. Legend.

I called Rude Boys looking for a specific pair of snowboard boots and their customer service team was so helpful and offered to set them aside for me. Then I ordered them online and accidentally ordered the men’s instead of the women’s (my mistake). I wouldn’t have noticed the problem until they arrived but the team reached out to me and asked if I had been intending to order the other ones and got it all sorted out! Awesome customer service, definitely would recommend them to anyone!!

Epic shop with even better customer service! They have some really hard to get gear in stock. They ship to the U.S. very quickly and I would recommend this shop every day of the week no matter where you are located but I would absolutely love to see the actual shop in Banff one day!

What can I say the shop kicks ass!!!! Super knowledgeable staff, Super friendly. Like after hangin out for two hours working on getting my setup right I can walk away feeling like I have new friends!. Definitely worth dealing with and I wouldnt recommend anyone else

Canada Post Strike resulted in a $65 quote from UPS or Purolator to return a jacket. Contacted Rude Boys and asked if I could wait for Canada Post strike to be over. They said no. I went through everything I could to find a cheaper method, and applied for a UPS business account and got a more reasonable rate of $28. Contacted Rude Boys on day 15 of the 15 day return period, asking to return the item the next day (on the 16th day). They refuse! They wont even consider the Canada Post strike to return an item, even if I am shipping on the 16th day, and asked them on the 15th day of the return. Never shop with these guys online. There is a reason why they are still a small business, as they do not understand customer satisfaction even when it wont cost them a cent! AVOID !
