Great grocery store in Chase! They have an awesome deli, produce and bakery section. This part is all sports themed! Very cute 🙂 always have full stock and something that might not be so commonly known is that they will provide food for a large events two relatives of mine used to cater their weddings, and the food was great and the price was very reasonable.

I spoke with a guy at the meat section on Friday at approximately 4 pm regarding my request for bone-in meat. He exhibited exceptional politeness and communication skills, ensuring he understood my needs. After I specified my requirements, he assured me that he knew exactly what I wanted. I requested that he prepare 1 kg of beef for collection the following afternoon, and he expertly cut the meat to my satisfaction. His work was outstanding, and the customer service he provided was truly commendable. The quality of the meat met my expectations.

You should be ashamed of yourseves for the price gouging that you do, went into your store today and 50 percent more for a box of frozen chicken breast? Really Every item is over priced. I guess the reason behind this is that you are aware of the fact that Chase has alot of seniors living there with mobility issues and dont drive so you take advantage of the fact that they cant travel elsewhere to get grocries. Greedy greedy people you are. You're disgusting.

I’ve shopped here when it has been convenient - for example, if I needed a few things, grabbing them here rather than going in to the city.

Each time I had gone in with my infant, was a terrible experience. 1) I needed help bagging the groceries. When I had asked the teller, she denied me. This has happened more than once. 2) An associate touched my child without my consent. Lesson: Do not touch other peoples children unless consent is given. Don’t just reach out before the parent even has a chance to stop you - ask! 3) An associate had grabbed personal belongings that were in my infant’s stroller. This has happened twice. Don’t touch things that aren’t yours! As a parent, I don’t need things my child puts in their mouth, touched by someone with dirty hands, and possibly making my child sick.

Prices aren’t great. Quality is questionable.

Make the trip to a further store instead.

I love the staff at Safety Mart and have loyally supported them for over 15 years but I don't understand the unbelievable price hikes of late. $1.50 more for Celebration cookies than Save-on, $4.00 more for a box of western family broccoli % cheese than Save-On and the Shuswap coffee just went up over $2 a bag. What's happening? I can't justify doing most of my shopping there any more. I hate that.
