A big SHOUT OUT to AUSTIN at Sail in Oshawa on Laval Drive. I needed to have my sternum strap reattached to my Gregory Backpack which is not easily done if you’ve ever had to do this. With much determination, effort, ingenuity, grit and time, Austin was successful at reattaching my strap. This is the most extensive outdoor store I've ever been in but also the most expensive too. The only thing reasonably priced is the freezdried food packs, fire starters, dog dving toys, and compasses. If you're over a size 14 i would also recommend going to another store or perhaps using their online store. All in all great store, friendly staff, its very very clean as well which i liked a lot.

Great selection and gear with incredibly helpful staff, speak to Alendra and you'll see why I am giving it a five-star review. I generally go to Mec but I fine SAIL is much better for my needs.

It was our first time shopping at Sail. We were pleasantly surprised at how big it is. We went in to purchase a lid for a thermos and I was so happy they had the one I needed. I found a Royal Robbins jacket on a mannequin and Nichole helped me find it in the store. My husband was in need of a pair of shoes and found the perfect pair thanks to Jessie. Our shopping experience at Sail was outstanding due to the staff. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the excellent service.
