Beautiful quality clothing. Every item I have chosen over the past few years have instantly become a favorite. I treated myself to a mystery box which arrived today, and it's as though they knew exactly what I would love. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great LOCAL shopping option.

A wonderful shop that mixes home, body and life wares that are comprehensively beautiful. The overarching ethic seems to be that of sustainable, earth conscious products, many of which are made by artisans and sold directly to retailers (like SALT). Great views of the harbour through the windows of the store, too!

Such a gem of a store - the merchandise is gorgeous and reasonably priced for being made ethically in Canada. The staff on site was so friendly and helpful, without being at all pushy. Felt like shopping with a friend! And then when I sent a follow up email, the customer service I received was beyond belief - they truly stand behind their products. This is why buying small makes a huge difference! 100% recommend a visit in person or online.

Found this delightful, fashion and home decor store called "SALT" tucked away in Ganges on Salt Spring Island. A real gem. It has a modern, airy, Scandinavian feel to it with lots of locally produced nifty gifts and fashions. The staff are adorable and helpful not just with regards to the store but any questions you may have about their island. Definitely recommend you stop by if your in Ganges any time soon!

What a great experience! Great customer service and detailed knowledge on all their products. They've really got a good thing going. I highly suggest checking the place out if you're into natural, ethically made products ranging from plants, cards, tanks and cracker spreads.
