As locals & business owners in Wolfville, NS, we watched as Saltbox sussed out the various available locals to set up shop.

As an established NS craft brewer in beautiful Mahone Bay, Saltbox, it seems, were keen to break into the burgeoning tourist trade that is Wolfville and the beautiful Annapolis Valley wine region. In consideration, they toured one of our own available commercial properties.

But nevermind that, Saltbox has a hole in one on Main Street!

Firstly, *Biffs* - their classic Pilsner - is very, very drinkable. And it's almost 30° outside as I write so drinking - sorry - "review" conditions, are perfect 😉

Second, they have the best Lobster Roll in all of Nova Scotia. I'm not kidding!

The immensely capable folks at Field & Fare operate a food truck (see pic) in back of Saltbox (and an independent Catering business) offering tasty bites from jazzed up grilled cheese(s) to the aforementioned Best In Class Lobster Roll.

Now for the sad part 😕 ... it's all a bit pricey...

Hopefully, they can figure it all out; survive & prosper: TOO GOOD NOT TO TRY!

Wow, the Saltbox Brewery puts in new spin on drinking establishments. With its 4 long table seating, very good beers and the food truck out back puts an even better spin on things. ALL of their food is very delicious. I may hazard to say they have THE best Allen cheese and bacon sandwich in the valley. Their locally sourced cheese is scrumptious. You cant pass through Wolfville and stop by the Salt Box Brewery and try some of THEIR beer. Be sure to stop by the food truck out back, the staff always have a smile on.
