Superbe hotel, propre, tranquille, moderne et accueillante. Le petit déjeuner était inclus et il était délicieux. Les lits étaient confortables. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. 5 min de voiture du centre-ville de Goderich et de la plage. Partout le stationnement était gratuit. Il y avait de beaux magasins, une superbe plage et de nombreux sentiers. À découvrir absolument!! Les couchers de soleil sont maginfiques.

Je viens de me réveiller de ma première de mes deux nuits a ce ´´motel’´qui se classe comme hôtel de luxe.
A notre arrivée nous sommes accueilli par un homme arrogant et pas du tout sympathique.
Salle de bain en pleins milieu de la chambre, cafétière a côté du lavabo, lit non confortable avec drap rugueux, tasse en gobelet de carton, même pas de lait pour le café on nous donne du blanchisseur a café rempli de produit chimique avec aucune trace de vrai lait.
Produit de savon venant de Chine ou d’allemagne, aucun produits locaux.
Le pire de tout on nous annonce un beau déjeuner et nous recevons un panier de nourriture d’avion. Avec deux bananes, deux yogourt, un sandwich dejeuner dégueulasse a mettre au micro-onde et deux muffin complètement chimique industriel.
J’appelle ça prendre les gens pour des cons! Ils osent se présenter comme un hotel de luxe haahahhaa woww, horrible.

I just woke up from my first of my two nights at this ´´motel´´ which classifies as a luxury hotel.
When we arrived we were greeted by an arrogant and not at all friendly man.
Bathroom in the middle of the room, coffee maker next to the sink, uncomfortable bed with rough sheet, cardboard cup cup, not even milk for the coffee we are given coffee launderer filled with chemical product with no trace real milk.
Soap product from China or Germany, no local products.
Worst of all, we are told a nice lunch and we are given a basket of plane food. With two bananas, two yogurt, a disgusting microwave breakfast sandwich and two completely chemical industrial muffins.
I call that taking people for idiots! They dare to present themselves as a luxury hotel haahahhaa woww, horrible.

Very clean, spacious and nicely decorated, modern rooms. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Continental breakfast was excellent, lots of options, meats, veg and fruits were very fresh. You’d pay as much or more for a room with breakfast at a chain hotel and get much poorer quality food.

We had 2 rooms, ours was the 2 bedroom suite, my last apartment was smaller than this room, 3 couples or a family could easily stay in it. Our other room was a single queen, not sure how much space other guest need to have in a hotel bathroom but we thought this one was more than large enough.

We came to the area by chance and needed accommodations that were pet friendly.
We were greeted at the desk by Elena who, upon learning it was my birthday, brought a tray with sweets, flowers and a lovely birthday card within 5 minutes of checking in.
There was a water dish with dog treats, a towel and a blanket for our golden retriever as well!
The room was great. King sized-bed, stocked mini fridge, modern shower and lovely patio overlooking the river and gardens.
The breakfast included a terrific assortment of fresh fruits, yogurt, meats and pastries.
We will definitely return to this establishment in the future.

We recently paid $700 for what we hoped would be a relaxing family trip, but our experience was anything but. We were assigned a room accessible only by a fire escape (high, and metal, outside), which made it unsafe for our newborn, elderly family members, and two small dogs. Carrying a stroller and assisting everyone up an emergency exit was very dangerous.

When we expressed our concerns, Joanna at the front desk dismissed us, and was very rude and condescending, without any acknowledgment of our worries. Despite the unsafe access, they refused to issue a refund. Despite it being impossible to use the room in a safe manner, they refused to issue a refund. The rest of the stay felt terrible and unwelcoming.

We stayed for two nights. The room was extremely clean, but the bathroom was far too small. You could barely get in and close the door while in there. The staff was wonderful. Kind and helpful. Breakfast was not good. For the price we paid to stay, the extremely basic breakfast was not up to par. They could serve a nicer bfast. Our second day, we left to have breakfast elsewhere. Our back porch was private, but the gardens were not kept up and weeds were everywhere. It says you can overlook the water, but it was overgrown and hidden. Far garden with bench was completely covered in weeds. Front gardens were nicely kept. Overpriced by $150/night.
