This was the coolest place I've been in a while! I went in to check out bubble tea and I told her its my birthday! I got a free drink and she upgraded for me as I did the roll a dice super Friendly staff! 👌 I will definitely be back got some card games and toys! Great place to check out and very knowledgeable girls in there! See you guys again soon thanks for a spectacular first impression!

Fantastic store! Games. Beverages. Puzzles. And so much more!!! Staff are helpful and polite. Large selection of games and puzzles. The beverage bar serves delicious shakes, bubble tea, and a selection of sweet teas as well. Check out the pictures! They also have a game room at the back of the store where you can try out any game in the store for a fee. 5 stars! We shall return!

As a nerd and a gamer this is heaven. I love how many different things they have, ranging from plushies, builds, book nooks, board games, manga, books, Warhammer paints, DND stuff, dice and MORE! You can also get yummy drinks or snacks. The prices are honest and it's good quality so definitely worth it. You can even rent a table and try out different games. Not speaking of all the events they hold as well! It's beautifully decorated and the paint on the windows and walls is super pretty! People working there are very sweet and know their stuff! We were recommended some board games and had a blast, thank you! Will be back!

One of the rudest staff I've ever dealt with, and I've gone to many game stores. Young and arrogant I was treated like I just didn't matter and I will never be back. Go elsewhere where the customer actually means something. These staff members are too caught up in their own heads and how dare you interrupt what they're doing.
In addition, make sure you price compare the prices in this store are ridiculous in comparison to other places. Compare with a Walmart, online shopping (Website) and also the other game stores in Vernon.
It's pretty hard to shop local when you're being soaked for double the price for similar items. I will never ever bring my grandson here again.

I tried calling to see if they have the MTG singles I am looking for but they don't keep track of their stock. I was told the only option is for me to visit in person and look through their cards myself. Definitely not a viable option in this age of online shoping, I tried buying local first.

Editing since the owner decided to double down instead of showing humility: I called every shop from Penticton to Kamloops looking for an MTG single and this shop was the only shop to say "we don't know what we have in stock for singles". To the owner: do you really expect me to drive out from Vernon and come shuffle through binders or boxes looking for one card because there's a slim chance you have it? I feel like that's quite unreasonable.

To the fifteen year old girl with hurt feelings, I am sorry I got frustrated. I asked 3 times about EoE singles and you replied each time "we are out of booster packs". However, I don't feel like I was rude or aggressive, simply trying my best to state what I want clearer each time. Perhaps you should not try to carry on a seperate conversation when on the phone with a customer.

Got a chess set and bubble tea. Staff provided great customer service experience and the drink tasted absolutely delicious that I am compelled to give 5 star rating. Such a gem of a place.
