I just went in and bought a 600$ pair of boots. Found them at another place for 450$. After asking if I could go elsewhere, sandy told me that they didn’t offer refunds and that I was charged for boot stretching. I had not been told that stretching my boots would cost more and wasn’t told about no refunds.
When k asked if I could refund sandy went all mad and yelling saying “I need business”.
Don’t buy from this place they scam.
She will not tell you about extra charges or anything else.

Went in for date day and investment is some quality cowboy boots for my husband and I. The staff was lovely, taking quite a lot of time to find the right sizing and fit for each of us, discussing colour, fit, stretch. I have a very high arch and typically have difficulty finding a well fit boot to my foot that I can get my arch inside of but my foot doesn’t slide around also. The young staff member helping me worked thoroughly to fit me and discuss sizing down and stretching the boot to ensure the perfect fit. Very happy with the experience of the staff, patience and thorough nature of the fitting. It is clear they are experts on their product and will be recommending in the future!

These people are scammers. They sell a 70$ hat for 300$. Id recommend apples saddlery way before here. The owner is also super disrespectful.

Excellent selection of boots. Laura was lovely to deal with and very knowledgeable. Sandy knows her boots and sizes everything custom. My wife and I both left very happy with our purchases and overall experience.
