This store reminds me of the old neighborhood grocery stores. 🙂 The majority of the staff are great! Store is clean and uncluttered.

HOWEVER!
Forget this store if you need gluten free! I was looking for a treat for my teen grandson's birthday. There was nothing but expensive, miniscule cookies and uninteresting little kiddie shaped cookies in the "gluten free " section. Nothing in the freezer. The bakery section had 3 dried out lemon loads, that were $2 more than other stores! Unfortunately, I don't have a car and couldn't shop around, so settled for one of the lemon loads.

Used to be better. The carts all need repairs...they shake and shimmy. Prices Used to be more in line with Superstore... now the prices compare with Safeway - without Safeways service, ambiance, and quality.

I really like this grocery store. It’s part of a large mall on Kamloops North Shore and offers a wide range of products—from fresh produce to dairy. I used to do all my shopping here because everything I needed was available. The huge parking lot makes it easy to park, and having a TD Bank and a Canada Post nearby is very convenient. I visit at least twice a week. It’s not fancy or flashy, but it gets the job done.

Security personnel is terrible. You feel like they are stalking you no matter whether you're looking professional, looking average to normal, whatever that may be. God forbid you. Look you know anything out of the ordinary or what you would consider simplistic or basic cuz you will feel like you are a criminal being followed around the store. I myself am almost a 40-year-old female. I don't always carry purses I sometimes carry backpacks. It's more handy when you're an outdoorsy person. I get scrutinized daily for this. Treat it like a thief and not allowed to carry my personal items on me when I have health issues and some of those you know important at the heat of a second medical things that I need if something happens are in that backpack. But I'm forced to leave it wherever else in the store and have to trust them even though they don't trust me. Not impressive. Also, I find the better part of the employees at the smoke and lottery ticket counter to be quite over the top and normally with huge attitude

I had a really disappointing experience with customer service today. While some staff members are genuinely great, the person handling my billing at the till was incredibly rude. He didn’t even acknowledge my greeting—there was no courtesy whatsoever. So racist while i saw him attending the other white customer respectfully.

I like the store, but the fact I can't bring my backpack as a bag into the store, then charging $2+ a bag, is pretty ridiculous.

Over priced and takes advantage of upping their prices while seniors and other adults who can't drive have to go broke just for milk and bread. It shouldn't cost most than 5bucks for those 2 together but on average you spend about 5 on bread here and 8 of milk. How crazy.
